Ivan and his wife were very helpful. The house was superclean, it had clean sheets and towels. In the apartment there was a washing machine, hairdryer, big kitchen and balcony. It is near the center, 15 minutes walk. We had a pleasant stay!

Nothing other than having to walk back (uphill) after great activities in and around Split. The walk is not that bad really. :-)

The warm welcome from the hosts who offered us drinks, rest in the shade and interesting and informative chat. He recommended a nearby restaurant (Dir) that we went to twice (once on premise; the other as take-out; wide variety and excellent quality). Easy to get there. Located within 15 minutes of Old Town and beaches/water tours. Very easy walking there (downhill). Very spacious, well decorated and fully equipped. Just 5 minutes from large (hiper)market.

There was nothing we didn't like. Two points that might be significant for others: a) There is no sitting room as such. Both bedrooms are spacious, each with a TV, but the only communal area is the dining room with dining table and chairs. We spent a lot of time there, reading, using laptops etc and found it perfectly comfortable. b) We found we liked to have the windows closed at night to shut out traffic noise. This was fine in April but might be more difficult in the summer.

The apartment is spotlessly clean with spacious rooms. The beds were the most comfortable we have slept in. The kitchen is exceptionally well appointed with everything you could need. Ivan, the host, is very friendly and helpful. There was even a bottle of wine to welcome us. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, approx. 20 minutes walk from the old town with a supermarket, banks, restaurants and other facilities all within a few minutes walk. There is free parking on site and it is easy to explore the surrounding countryside. We found it absolutely ideal and have no hesitation in recommending it.

That I had to leave

A warm greeting from Ivan and his wife with cold refreshments, the apartment was beautiful clean and in a great location, a 10 minute walk from the beach and a 15 minute walk to the old town. It was such a pleasure to stay here, definitely a home from home. There is no need to worry about where to find food as there's plenty of restaurants and bars around the area and a local tommy hypermarket just down the road. 1000000% would recommend to stay here!

Such a good welcome from Ivan, and welcome drinks in the fridge. Apartment was super clean, great facilities, everything you could need. Beds comfortable. Even a washing machine which was handy. Very near a supermarket and great restaurant (Djir). Good value and only 15 minutes walk to the centre of Split. Very happy. 10/10.

The host are very accomodating and helpful. Apartment is immaculately clean, everything we need is in the apartment. Ivan and Maria made sure everything is ok and that if we need anything just to let them know. There is shop (Tommy) & Dir restaurant & pizzas which is 5mins walk from the apartment. Apartment is 15-20mins walk to the main town, we are a family with 2 kids and we do not mind the walking as accomodation is much cheaper than the main town.

Very good apartment. It is spacious and sparkling clean. There is everything you need in it and even more. There is also private parking in front of the building. And the location is perfect - just 15min to the city center. I recommend it.
