Loved everything.

Everything. It was super clean, which is always highly appreciated, great location, private parking space that is easily accesible, had all the necessities you could possibly need. Bedroom and living room sofa matress could be a bit more comfortable, but we didn’t resent it, had a good night sleep anyway. Wonderful property, all in all, easy check in and out.

A modern apartment with all the facilities you need. The parking space is a great advantage. The block is new and modern. I recommend it as a top location in Zadar and managed by a very prompt and dedicated host. We were extremely satisfied.

The amount of kitchen utensils is a bit sparse. Another cutting board would've been nice.

Brand new apartment with parking spot, located a 20-minute walk from the old town. Quiet neighbourhood, supermarket around the corner. Great host, very helpful, resolved a parking's issue promptly.

This apartment is very clean, modern and quiet. It has everything required and we enjoyed the 4th floor balcony. Good to see extras like coffee, tea, washing machine pods etc. Didn’t meet host but they responded quickly to a query. There is a Studenac grocery on ground floor selling baked goods and larger Lidl a couple of blocks away About a 15 walk to old town foot bridge

Apartment Margarita was perfect from start to finish. A 15 minute taxi ride from the airport took us straight to the front door of the apartment block. The apartment is an easy 20 minute walk to the old town which we thoroughly enjoyed doing each day to get in our steps. Upon arrival the apartment was spotless and the owner has made it very comfortable and homely. It contained all new furnishings and appliances which we found useful during our stay, especially the washing machine and coffee machine. The shower was powerful and hot which was great after a day in the sun. There were also plenty of towels, bedding, toilet paper etc. We didn't need to purchase any of the basics during our 10 day stay which we are grateful for. However, if there is anything you do need, there is a shop with a bakery, that sells everything you need on the ground floor. Overall we loved our home away from home and we would recommend it to all our friends and family. The owner was very friendly and easy to contact and communicate with.

There was nothing we didn't like

The apartment was beautiful...just like the photos it had everything you could possibly need including iron and ironboard and hairdryer for those travelling light . There was even a shop on the ground floor and the supermarket was only down the road .. walk into the centre of Zadar is about 15/20 mins. Correspondence from the host was very quick and can't thank them enough for the favour they did for us . This was our 2nd time in Zadar and would definitely stay here again if we came back for a 3rd visit Excellent value for money

The bed was a bit too short for my partner, but luckily it didn't have a bottom border so his feet could hang. :)

Apartment Margarita is my absolute recommendation if you're staying in Zadar. The apartment has absolutely everything you need, and it's like you're at home. It was super clean and tidy (I am speaking from a professional side), and you can see it is well maintained. The building is new and safe, also a significant factor in Zadar, the apartment has a private parking spot, and the small market is on the ground floor of the building. Overall great place to stay, and the host is fantastic as well!

Bit of a trek from main tourist areas

Fantastic modern apartment located approximately 15 mins from Zadar old town by foot. Has everything you could need from an apartment for a city break including laundry facilities.

This is a wonderful place. We felt like in our own home there. It was very comfortable, we did not lack anything. There is a small store in the building, several larger ones nearby. You can walk to the center of Zadar in a dozen minutes. To/from the airport, bus station it is best to take an Uber. The owner is a very nice and helpful person! I hope to check into this apartment again soon. I highly recommend it!

Supper, bright and cozy apartment. Exactly like in the pictures. Apartment in a newly built house. Very comfortable bed, the apartment is equipped with everything you need. There is a personal parking space and a grocery store on the first floor. The old town is a 20-minute walk away. Definitely recommend.
