Everything was great. Very friendly and helpful host, I was allowed to check out later and leave my luggage. Location is really nice too. I would absolutely stay there again

It all exceeded expectations

Accommodation - Everything we needed and more for our 1 week stay. Mara was the perfect host with fruit on arrival and during our stay and was always contactable, if needed. Previous guests also seemed to have left any of their excess of potions, lotions, and creams, which came in handy and is a great idea. We had a lovely little patio area outside, which, again, was perfect Location - A lovely 15-minute walk into Old Town Zadar (which is good to walk off the excess and amazing Croatian food). The apartment is located close to the bus station, McDonald's, Lidl, bakeries, and some nice little cafe/restaurants. Uber taxis were about 6€ if needed. The best beaches local to the apartment are only 15/20-minute walk (Mini Beach or the Imperial Fountain for some seclusion and quietness, or Kolovare Beach for the kids).

It was a few minutes drive from the old town. We had the downstairs room with a parking space and outdoor table and chairs. The WiFi was really good and the area was really quiet. The host was very friendly and contact us before our arrival and accommodated our early check in.

I really enjoyed the apartment as it had everything I needed for my work and evening relax. It had tiny details like cosmetic pads, patches, dishes, other stuff right enough for me these days. It was very convenient. Also I was treated with mandarins 😁

The location was not easy to find unless you had Sat Nav and a car to get around. I would have been disappointed but for the nice very clean flat.

The place was quiet, exceptionally clean with perfect helpful hosts. Top marks for value for money in October. The location was disappointing unless you had a car to get around.. free WIFI and good off road parking.

Spacious apartment with good facilities, washing machine, kitchen appliances. It’s a lovely apartment on ground floor with quite neighbourhood. Though it’s far from City Center but close to bus terminal. After watching the sunset at seashore, we took a tax back to apartment from Old Town was around 2-3 euros and within 5 minutes. We highly recommend this apartment😊

Host family is realy frienly! Than haven't problem with my transport to airport at 4 am. Room was very clean, comfortable, at bathroom basic cosmetics- usefull. Localions is close from sea -10 minutes by walk, close from supermarket.

Property has parking which was our point of interest since we came with car.. Apartment is nice and comfy. All needed facilities are there and host was young lady that was very helpful and friendly. Definitely apartment to recommend.

It was a bit confusing, as we thought that we were renting the whole apartment, as those are the picture that you can see in the add. In our case was not a problem as we only stayed one night. It is true that we got confirmation by the host through a message that it was just the room. Just double check before booking.

The room was great and everything was super clean, we could park in the house. Really close to the old town, 5 min by car, or a bit longer walking. The owner was super nice and recommended us places for dinner that were great. We had a great stay and I highly recommend the place.

Apartment was super clean, cosy, high standard. We've found all necessary equipment and even more, like cold water and fruits waiting for us, or coffee to drink. Our host was very helpful and friendly. it's a short walk to the city center, bit it was pleasant. We couldn't imagine a better place to stay!

Good localisation (shop and easy to get to the old town), a video guide from Mara how to reach her place,that was nice. Good working shower, comfortable bed :) Water in the fridge, mugs, forks and knives. WiFi Towels as a set to use. We could store our backpacks after the time we left (but not in the room we slept) it was really helpful! Thank you Mara and Mirela

I areived here in december and the room is heated by an Air Conditioner. It has been turned on upon my arrival, so the room and the bathroom was freezing cold. The AC could not heat up the room by midnight, so it was very cold (the walls and all the furnitures were super cold).

This little room is perfect for you if you are alone, or with a partner and you want to only sleep and have a shower in the apartment. The bed is super comfortable, the TV is big, and the room is very clean.
