It is hard to find any negatives.

Veronica was very helpful, not only with details about the property but the city of Dubrovnik and things to do. Her home was well equipped for local activities.. beach towels, Sun umbrella, anything you would need to have a fun time at the beach and in the water! The apartment was stocked with extra toiletries and coffee/tea as well. We were there in the heat of the summer and the a/c was excellent...andit was in living room as well as both bedrooms.

One of the beds could have been more comfortable but was satisfactory. The parking was a little tight but it was good that it was provided.

Excellent facilities and extra touches like cushions and umbrella for the beach. Close to the old town. Veronica, the owner, met us when we arrived and was lovely. She gave us good advice for our trip.

Comfortable modern apartment, fully equipped, clean, quiet, good WiFi, convenient location, parking included under apartment, many toiletries and kitchen products provided, host Veronica very responsive, met us to hand over keys and provided useful information. Access on first floor by stairs but very manageable.

The apartment was looking out onto the roof of a car show room with a sea view at 1 end so it wasn’t ideal unfortunately

The apartment was so comfortable and had absolutely everything you would need for a stay in Dubrovnik right down to a sun umbrella and cushions for a day at the beach which was amazing!

Everything was perfect :)

The apartment is absolutely fantastic, it looks even nicer than the pictures on booking. It is an excellent base for exploring the city centre which is within the walking distance. A big advantage is also free private parking in the garage. Veronica is an awesome host, she was eager to explain everything to us, provided a lot of tips for trips and activities in the city. There is indeed nothing to complain about. If we come to Dubrovnik again, this will be our choice next time as well!

Lots of stairs to the apartment. No small saucepan to boil a couple of eggs! Some noise from other apartments in the block.

Everything you could possibly need was in the apartment. Veronica, the owner was very helpful, and left a welcome package for us. 2 supermarkets and bakery close by. Close to bus stop, not too far out of the old town. Very comfortable.

A lovely place for a family of 4. The location was great to visit all the city and enjoy the beach. The host was welcoming and gave us great tips. We will come back.

The upstairs neighbours were quite noisy at times and unfortunately did interrupt our sleep one time. It’s a fair walk into Dubrovnik old town, although it is a nice route but wouldn’t be suitable for someone with mobility issues.

The apartment is a good size & has a balcony on the front and back. There are all the home comforts you could need including a washing machine which was a nice addition.

Just in case physical disability, there are several stairs to get in.

The apartment is great, so nice and completely equipped. Clean and near the old town. It has useful free parking place. And Veronica was so nice and incredibly helpful with her suggestions about Dubrovnik.

Lots of uphill to get back to apartment from old town. But hey, you're in Dubrovnik! That's how it is.

Veronica was such an incredible host! She met us at the apartment for check-in and went over everything with us, including a map of the area with lots of great recommendations. She went above & beyond to make sure we were comfortable and got the most of our stay. The apartment was very clean, updated, had good A/C in all the rooms, and all the comforts of home! There's a lovely balcony with a partial view of the ocean where we would enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment also had lots of great little extras like an umbrella, mats for the beach, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were also lots of extra blankets, etc. We would gladly stay here again!

We are regular travelers and would rate this apartment as very very nice, well located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean and had everything we needed to feel at home, including beach gear which is a big plus.; location wise is perfect as it is close enough to old town -a short nice walk- without been trapped in it, avoiding people and vehicle traffic, it’s also close to a grocery store and bakery which was handy. Communication was great too, we were welcome by the host who gave us information about restaurants, beaches and places to visit in general, the host also showed up before we left to make sure we were pleased with our stay. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

Nothing, everything was great

Lovely apartment in great location, 10 min walk to old town. Very close to supermarket and bakery. Fully equipped with every necessity. Great shower and comfortable beds. Victoria was perfect host.

There were swallows nesting on the balkonies, a bit of feces on the balkonies so we did not want to use them. We do like the birds, but not the feces.

Location was good, only 10 minute walk to Pile gate. There is a bakery almost next door and grocery stores near by. Balkonies both sides of the apartment. Nice view from the balkony. Nicely furnished and very well equipped. Good shower! Veronica was super friendly and helpful. Super host.

There are steps to the property but we’re not an issue.

The space, very well appointed. The view excellent. Can’t fault it in any way. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and meeting Veronica and Ivo. We would have no hesitation in visiting again.
