No aircon in bedrooms, only tower fans and they weren’t effective. Front door lock a bit damaged so didn’t feel completely secure.

The location was excellent, within a 10-minute walk to old town. Supermarket just around the corner. The best private parking we have had in Croatia, plenty of room for our car. The view of the sea was beautiful on a spacious balcony Two bedrooms were very spacious with large wardrobes, 3rd bedroom is small with single bed and bedside table. The host was very nice and ensured our stay was enjoyable.

The flat is on a hilly part of town (hence the good views) so if you have luggage you will probably need a car/taxi.

The property was very clean and the host was waiting for us right on arrival time. The flat can comfortably host 5 persons. It also has a big balcony with great views.

Fantastic apartment for 5 adults at a great location for exploring old town Dubrovnik (500m downhill) with supermarkets a 5 minute walk away. Our hosts gave us all the information we needed and were always available if needed. There was juice in the fridge to welcome us, which was a nice touch.

Apartment is really close to the beach and old town, just 5-10 minutes walk (down the stairs). It is very spacious and sunny in the morning. Big terrace overlooking the garden and in distance view of the sea. Great for breakfast and late dinner. Spacious living and dining room combined in one with air con. Two big bedrooms and one small for a single person, with bathroom and second toilet are enough even for bigger groups. There are fans in every bedroom. Everything was clean and owner provided us lots of towels and toiletries. Owner (Mrs Jelena) provided us coffee, cold water and some juices, and she was available all the time.

In terms of something truly minor. Bathroom towels, whilst plentiful were all on the small side.

Fabulous location with easy access parking. Many reviews about the steps to the old town however, I’m in my mid 50’s and not particularly fit. I found the walk to and from town fine and worth the view. Apartment is spacious, clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay including fast WI-FI which is a bonus compared to many places.

As in all of Dubrovnik it seems, getting your suitcase from the bus stop up the stairs to the apartment is extremely difficult. Your landmark needs to be the main parking garage on Zagrebacka, from which it is much easier, but we found it hard to get there by bus. Another issue is that Jelena is going through a direct booker--so all communication goes to the direct booker when you are messaging the property through booking.com and reaches Jelena with a delay. Poor Jelena did not hear about our changed arrival time until one hour before we came and then had to scramble to get the room clean (which she does herself!). Once we checked in, I got Jelena's personal information, and then communication was much smoother. No microwave, could use more ice trays :) Be forewarned, the third bedroom is small, but my tall son was still comfortable!

Wonderful location in a darling apartment. We stayed six nights. 7 minute walk down to Pile Gate. Lena was the absolute best host. Due to a ferry rebooking, we wound up coming 8 hours earlier and the poor thing was frantically cleaning when we arrived. Right on arrival, we got Jelena's personal info and after that communication was excellent. Jelena would respond within minutes. She helped us with the dishwasher we could not start, and gave us an extra set of keys, and kept our bags after check out. Lena also brought homemade goodies by one afternoon. Relaxing large balcony overlooking the sea. I highly recommend this apartment and its host.

There was one knife and completely dull, but we did not bother to disturb the host, just got a new one for a couple of euros from the local supermarket.

Perfect location, next to the old town, but reacheable with the car, also next to the main underground garage (parking). Very calm location, wonderful seaview. Amazing host Lena patiently explained all we need both in the apartment and in the town. Comfortable beds, plenty of kitchenware and cutlery, smart TV, good quality wifi, there was almost nothing missing.

We cannot complain. Sometimes the water pressure in the shower was a bit low, but this was not a general problem.

The accommodation is close to the centre, above the town, reached via many steps. The flat is very clean and offers plenty of space. All cooking facilities and appliances are available in the modern kitchen. There are two toilets. The very spacious balcony (approx. 15 m2), where we sunbathed every day in the great October sun, deserves special mention. You look into a well-kept private garden and see the sea in front of you at some distance. It is quite quiet. The friendly host family also lives in the house and is always available to answer questions. We will gladly come again.

I have been born in and spent decades in the Balkans and so I know what to expect with air conditioning but honestly this place was far too hot to sleep properly. Given the revenue this place brings from short term rentals it is not unreasonable to have a small AC unit in each bedroom to help with sleep. Host and property were great but this affected our sleep for each of the 3 nights significantly.

The location was perfect. Parking space for car available. Nice balcony. When we arrived there was some fruit on the table and water and applejuice in the refigerator. That made us feel very welcome. Very friendly host.
