There is nothing not to like!

The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Good Internet connection and clean towels halfway through our stay. The location was great, just off one of the main squares but incredibly quiet at night which meant a great sleep. Davor our host was fantastic, very quick response to messages and sent us lots of useful information. He met us in the square and showed us to the apartment and explained everything we needed. We had fruit, a bottle of wine, some sweet treats and a goodbye gift. Davor is rightly proud of his room and one of the best hosts we've booked with. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the room.

The property is located in the centre of split and you can get anywhere from it. Davor and his wife are the best hosts you can imagine with great knowledge and friendliness. Would highly recommend to anyone

There really isn’t anything to complain about except possibly that the room does not have a view. Both windows opened out onto alleyways and other buildings. However, as it was so hot in the Aircon was needed, we wouldn’t have opened the windows anyway.

The location of the luxury room Kokola is down a small alley off the main square. The square is busy and bustling all day and night but the room is absolutely quiet. It is a very historic building and has belonged to the family for a long time. In making the room ready for guests, the house have provided lots of little homely pieces. It is exceptionally clean and our hosts could not be faulted. Davor was there to greeters in Carry up our cases and show us the facilities and provide information about catching buses and ferries et cetera. The Aircon worked perfectly, and as the outside temperature was reaching 38° it was very necessary. Our room had wine awaiting us on our arrival and fresh fruit, one evening we even were provided with marmalade pancakes, totally delicious. Fresh bedding and towels were delivered to our room And garbage taken away.

Thank you so much Davor and family for such a lovely stay. Everything was perfect. The location literally couldn’t be more central.. yet the room was so quiet and peaceful. Our hosts also left us some lovely gifts which was a really nice touch and made the stay all the more special. Davor’s recommendations were also great! I couldn’t recommend this place more. I hope we can come back!

The room and location were very nice. The host, Davor,, was exceptional. If you have a car, you will probably have to park 5 minutes away. This is true of any room in the old town.

We loved everything about our stay at Luxury Room Kokola. It is in the middle of everything but still very quiet. Davor was also a great host! He gave us great recommendations and made us feel at home. Having such a great place to stay just added to our love for Split. I highly recommend this place to anyone!!

This is one room suite in a 200–plus year-old family owned building one block off the Central square. The room is beautiful, absolutely spotless, and remarkably quiet. Davor, the owner, was helpful in making recommendations for our stay, helping us with our luggage, and providing homey touches like fresh cookies, a bottle of wine, and a little farewell gift. He was a very warm and generous host.

A little noise due to proximity to bars, but that is to be expected. Maybe a few more places to hang towels to dry and a shampoo dispenser and a box of Kleenex in the room? Really, these are tiny changes; the room was excellent.

Located right in the heart of the Old City. Davor, our host, gave us ample instructions on where to park and even met us at the parking lot and walked us to our lodging. He left wine and chocolates and fruit and coffee and tea for our use, and had ample tips for where to go and what to do in the city. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was amazing! We would definitely stay here again if ever we are in Split.

We could not have asked for a better host than Davor! He really went above and beyond in every aspect and made sure that our stay at his charming apartment was just perfect! We loved all of Davor's restaurant recommendations and we also enjoyed visiting all the tourist attractions Davor introduced us to. Davor always answered our queries in a timely fashion even when he was working at his day job! On top of it all, we also loved the thoughtful little gifts Davor prepared for us. Place was in an amazing location right in the centre of the square but quiet at night and in the morning! Air conditioning worked well, a nice touch was a bottle of wine and a fruit bowel to welcome us. Davor who was the host was amazing, very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. He gave us great recommendations of what to do in and around split (food recs). He also helped plan the ferry’s to hvar and Bol and sent the links to book them! 11/10 - would recommend to everyone who is looking to stay in split!

The location was perfect, in the old town short walk to Diocletian Palace and the harbor. Easy to get to from Ferry. Davor was a wonderful host and told us the history of the building and also helped us with some travel arrangements. The apartment and building is historical in itself and very charming. It is off the main square but still quiet.
