Nothing to not like

The best apt ever! My mother and I arrived a bit before check in time, but that was no problem. We got the keys from the owner - a very sweet lady living down stairs with her family. The apt was extremely kleen, modern and comfortable, with everything you need and more. The view from the balcony was great, the neightborhood was quiet and the hostess even changed the towels once during our four days stay. On our departure day, we had a flight at 16:45. The hostess was very kind and let us stay in the apt longer than check out time, so we stayed until 15:00. That actually made it possible for us to enjoy half a day longer in Cavtat, as we could leave our luggage, go swimming and then come back to change and pack our bags. We couldn't be more happy about our stay.

It wasn’t in central Cavtat but we knew that when we booked it so not a complaint. The road up to the apartment is quite steep so care needed.

Easy check in and a very friendly welcome. Juice, milk and a bottle of homemade brandy had been provided. The apartment was spotlessly clean and was extremely well equipped. Less than 10 minute walk to the nearest beach.

The steep part to get up the appartment is a bit hard. But its not that bad. And to get to Dubrovnik is annoying, especially with 2 babies, during hot season. But we did it, once by bus and once by car and we parked in Dubrovnik center parking and from there we took a bus.

The appartment was very nice, we loved the 3 rooms, the balcony and the bedroom. It had all the things that you could need like laundry, hairdryer, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, detergent for laundry and dishwasher, handsoap, some kitchen basics like salt, pepper and oil and some more. The hostess is super friendly, she gave us the nicest homemade licor I have ever tasted, milk, some tomatoes from their garden, and chocolates for our kids. She even took our garbage every day. Also gave clean towels after 3 days. Very helpful when you asked a question. We didn't have any problem with parking, we could park easily and for free. There is a small steep part, but not such a big issue. The location was also nice. We loved Zal beach and even more Plat beach. Also we have been to Lopod and Milni, which were also nice. But Plat was favourite, because more secluded, free and easy parking, you can choose from 3 bays there, there are restaurants (Poseydon), and thingies where you can put your parasols in. The closes beach is Zal beach, we always drove down and parked in a parking area next to Epidaurus hotel. It says not to park there because only for hotel guests, but i believe that everyone parks there and nobody checks. Same counts for the playing yard, where we entered to play with the kids. We even used the pool of Albatros hotel and nobody said anything. In the evening its easy to walk to Cavtat centre, its a nice walk along the beach. So we really liked our stay!!

The location was perfect, very family friendly, perfect for a relaxing and peaceful getaway. It’s a 5mins walk to the beach, there’s also a boat service that takes you to Dubrovnik. You can use uber to go around and to the nearest restaurants which are 7mins by car, it’s best to get dropped off at the bus terminal and walk it from there to find all the restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The house was perfect, the view from the balcony was great, very comfortable and very well equipped. The host was very kind and explained everything really well. Will definitely be back.

There is no AC in the second bedroom (only one in the main room and large bedroom); we had trouble sleeping at night because it was too hot there. That's the only thing which wasn't great, the rest was perfect. Note it's quite far from the main attractions of Cavtat.

+ I was suprised by all amenities in the apartment: coffee machine, dishwasher, books, board games, you name it! + freshly renovated apartments + welcome drink, juice and milk in the fridge + nice hostess who make sure we enjoy our stay + little balcony + quiet neighbourhood + it was close to the nice little hiden beach (Obod)

First gear up the hill to park. Quite steep for a few metres

Everything! The host thought of everything…. Read, coffees, welcome treats, chargers and even plug adapters. There’s a washing machine, fresh towels, cleaning equipment, an iron, plenty of space and sea views! We couldn’t have been happier.

No real criticism except a microwave and dressing table mirror would be an improvement. If you have a car, take care at the entrance, which is tight with low walls, which are difficult to see in the dark

The apartment is spacious, well furnished, and extremely well equipped. The beds are really comfortable. Security is excellent, and the hosts were lovely. Every day, they checked the apartment and emptied bins or replaced towels and at the end of each week changed the bed linen. The view over the bay from the 2nd floor apartment is brilliant.

Everything. The owners, Gordano and Michael, were there to welcome us and show us over the appartment which had everything you could possibly want on a holiday. They had thoughtfully left milk etc in the fridge and even a bottle of wine. Extremely comfortable beds and spotlessly clean.

Nothing , everything was exceptional! No problems whatsoever

Firstly we were greeted with a warm welcome from our very friendly host after a long flight. She made us feel comfortable and at home straight away . She showed us all the facilities and how to use everything. The apartment is fully equipped more than you would expect. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The location was perfect and an amazing view from the private balcony. Our host went out of her way to make sure our bins were emptied fresh towels and also gave us her freshly grown grapes throughout the week. This apartment and host exceeded our expectations, we will definitely be back here again. Thank you so much for having us and making our trip something to really remember. Hope to see you again. It's rare you see an apartment with 10/10 ratings but this really does deserve a full 10/10!
