I loved the location, also Rosa and Franz were super nice and helpful. I am pregnant so required extra pillows which they provided and also let us check out quite late as our flight was in the evening. We had a geat stay!

We were completely delighted with the Bianca apartment. The location is excellent - quiet, yet close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The furnishings left nothing to be desired: modern, clean and with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Mattress topper are provided for a softer sleeping experience. Particularly noteworthy is the spacious terrace, where we were able to enjoy many evenings with a sea view. The hosts were particularly friendly and helpful and the contact via WhatsApp was uncomplicated. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

The structure is located in a quiet place, closed to the Premantura's center and to the natural reserve entrance. The comunication with the hosts is perfectly clear and detailed for each needs. The home is well cured in every single detail, nothing misses for your confort, perfectly clean and modern furnished. All the apartments have a private outdoor place, then there is a big common garden and a barbeque that can be used. All the apartments have got an own private parking and 8 professional mountain bike that you can use free. I strongly suggest bicicles to visit the natural reserve (BTW, entering to the natural reserve by by bike or by foot is for free).

That was great. Welcoming and well equipped, everything you could need is there, pots, glasses, coffee machine, toaster, and you can stay chill with privacy. We really appreciated bikes and everything. Very suggested ! 10 out of 10, we’ve been very satisfied, never needed to call them, so organised. Near to the beach and to kamenjak, easy to reach.

Great apartment in a quite area of Premantura, but really close to the center and to the beach (few minutes walking distance). Very very clean, and furnished, big garden and everything at disposal of guests (bikes, barbecue etc). Friendly hosts, easy to talk to and always helpful

No, everything was perfect.

The owner as well as the staff was really friendly and they were really helpful regarding to our wishes and questions. The apartment is well-equipped, one does not need to bring own equipment nor run to the next shop for a paper towel, a soap or a mosquito repellent. The cleanliness was extraordinary. The beds were comfortable not some old mattresses. The price includes the use of the laundry room, bicycles even car charging. The building has a big green closed garden.

Franz, the host, is great! Very kind and helpful both before and after the stay. The indications provided by email with precise PDFs with the indications for the use of the keys, the rooms and common areas, travel information and suggestions for restaurants and clubs in Premantura are much appreciated. Rosa , who takes care of the house, is very nice and kind. Excellent cleaning and fantastic location! As soon as possible I will return with friends / family / partner.
