🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had a fantastic stay! The accommodation was beautiful, and the service was simply outstanding – super friendly and helpful with everything. I received great tips on what to do (and what not to do) in Dubrovnik, and I always felt well taken care of. One of the highlights: there were turtles in the garden – such a lovely touch! What truly impressed me was their attention to the little things. I had forgotten my charging cable, and they were kind enough to bring it to me personally. They genuinely care about your well-being and want you to leave with a smile. It’s the small gestures that make all the difference. An absolutely wonderful place – if you’re in Dubrovnik, don’t miss out on staying here! 🙌🐢📱😊

Cigarette smoke from neighbor was not so nice and it smell a lot at the terrace.

Accommodation was very clean and view and terrace was nice. It was easy to have and return keys and Emilio was a good host. Bathroom, shower, beds and kitchen were really nice and it was quiet at night. Location was good.

The turtles were awesome! Walking distance to green spaces, water and transit. The room was compact, but worked well. It was clean, comfortable and location quiet.

We have to point out that the flat is situated right next to a football court which was used extensively by the children and the school nearby. That noise is only really a concern though if one plans on staying in the flat during the day instead of exploring the city. While the flat is really nice overall, the bed is fixed with some loose makeshift wood panels which are not connected to the frame but are intended to keep the middle of the bed in a horizontal position. These wooden pieces tend to fall off if you do any quick movement on the bed, leading to the whole thing dropping down, resulting in you having to lift the mattress to put them back into place. Happened to us at least twice every day of our stay.

Our host and his family were very attentive and helpful. Questions and issues were resolved very quickly and politely. The flat is situated in one of the less touristy areas which makes it a welcome retreat from the overrun old town. The flat offers everything you need.

Nice, spacious , quiet but central apartment in Lapad Area. A very friendly host Emilio and his family, a quick response to our questions. A lot to do nearby. A lot of facilities: restaurants, supermarkets, the beach at walking distance. Also a good bus connection (line 6) tot the old town Dubrovnik

the room was a little small, the location was a little hard to find and it's so high, Emilio was so nice to come and pick-up us from down, thanks for this. price a bit high compared with the room size and location.

Nothing important. Not close to old town but the area is lovely just the same. There is some of sport facility behind the property but didn't bother us

Emilio was very helpful and the room was spacious and sparkling clean. Very comfy bed. Loved the turtles out the back yard. It was too hot to sit outside but we had a high table to sit inside and a kitchenette which was well equipped. There were some liquors there as well. Within ten minutes walk there were loads of restaurants, the bus stop, a great butcher and a spectacular seaside promenade that I didn't expect. You can swim off the rocks and the water is superb. Wonderful coastal views. We very much appreciated the ride to the airport (extra charge). The nearby bus to the old town runs every day and frequently. Can be crowded. Tip- don't walk from the ferry terminal to accommodation if you have luggage. Lots of stairs/big hill. There are taxis waiting or check bus routes.

Emilio was a brilliant host. He was extremely helpful in all aspects, and accommodating to our late arrival and early leave from the accommodation. He made us feel very comfortable and gave us some great suggestions for places to visit in the area. (He will even also show you his pet tortoises in his garden). The property was very clean and had everything you would want and need whilst staying in Dubrovnik. The area of Lapad is safe and has lots of amenities. All round great stay and nothing to fault.

Emilio couldn’t do enough for us. He was an excellent host. The apartment is just like the photos- super clean. He was always so responsive which is so important. Air conditioning in every room was fantastic. Having two toilet was a bonus too. Beds were brilliant too.

The location is very quiet, yet the center can be reached very easily by bus. There is also a supermarket closeby. You can also reach Lapad beach very easily by foot. The facilities are great and the hosts are very lovely.

The apartment has recently been renewed - it is clean and tidy, cosy and well organized. It has two sizable bedrooms, one with an extra large bed. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need to cook. The apartment is very quiet, it boasts an elevated position and it is not as humid there as it is close to the sea. The old town - must-see- is relatively far, but then there’s Uber. The beach is close, we did not find it inconvenient to walk there twice a day. Emilio is the most organized host. He answers messages within five minutes. Literally. Overall, we had a very satisfactory experience with this property.
