The kitchenette is quite small and equipment limited but still OK to do some very basic cooking, just consider this when planning to cook your own meals.

The appartment was cosy and clean and the Villa aims to provide all necessary equipment for your vacation stay, including grill area, terrace tables etc. The parking is in front of the Villa and if there are too many guests / cars, you can still find some place in the street towards the beach. Borik Beach is really nice and only 5-7min walk, really comfortable access, good variety of places to stay or hide from sunshine. The local Beach Bar is good for both drinks and food. Our stay was very comfortable and we were very happy to discover this side of Rovinj. Local Konzum market is only 2min walk and the Tourist Train stops there too. Very good price and quality ratio, much appreciated!

There was a lack of a full-length mirror somewhere and electrical outlets in the bathroom

The room in the villa was new and clean. Towels and shampoo are changed on request. The villa accepts dogs. Borik beach is in 10-minutes walk away, it is better to go to Amarin beach - 15 minutes. At the end of Borik beach there is a place for swimming dogs, but due to the renovation of the villa opposite, the sign about it was removed. A small market Konzum is in 2-minutes walk away (vegetables and fruits are bad, other products are ok). There is also a bus stop there (children's bus - there is a schedule; city - in the morning once an hour, after lunch - once every three hours)

3rd floor apartment, no balcony. Missed the balcony a lot. There is outdoor communal terrace but it is a bit plain. The apartment could have a few more pieces of furniture for clothes and other bits and pieces to put down.

Good location, nice beach very near, grocery shop one corner away. Newly refurbished apartment, very clean, well equipped kitchen, shower gel and shampoo provided. Lovely towels. Easy car parking for free.

These apartments exceeded our expectations. If I could, I would give them 15 points. Clean, perfect, cozy, everything is new, the beds are great, the kitchen is comfortable and spacious. The stairs always smell delicious. It seemed to me that the floors were washed with shampoo. Just kidding. Wonderful managers and assistants. Polite. The best beach is 15 minutes walk away. We were very pleased.

We had a really good time in Villa Borik. The apartment was nice and clean. In the kitchen you can find everything for cooking. Location is really good. A beautiful beach is just few min walking. On the beach you can find restaurants, shower, renting places for water activities. Also there are beaches with small rocks and big rocks. There is a small shop in 2 min walk but you can find big supermarkets in 2-3 km. The old town of Rovinj is about 35-40 min walking but you can mostly walk on a beach what is really nice.

Everything was as it is described. I have traveled complete Europe and half of USA and it’s always important to read and look pictures before booking. Don’t set expectations and then be unsatisfied. This is a really good 3 stars small house with big apartments close to beach. It’s not 5 stars hotel but if you want to be in quiet green place close to the beach it’s perfect.

Close to the beach. Large apartments. Enough space for 4 people (we took apartment 202) or for two adults and two kids. There’s a big bedroom with two king bed, small dining room together with kitchenette and a bathroom with standing shower. Green garden for BBQ nights. Free parking. Free internet. There is a flat TV with EU channels. A balcony where you can seat and drink coffee. Apartmans have air conditioning. You can use laundry room in basement. Very quiet during the night. Stuff is great. They cleaned property every day. Always asking do we want clean towels or to clean up the room. Owner is also very friendly and helpful. We had some internet problems for one day and he immediately called provider and tried to fix router by himself. Pet friendly.
