The Wi-Fi wouldn’t work and the TV only had one channel. Shower water was cold although you have to put on the heating before getting into the shower.

Very easy to get to no hassle. Would definitely recommend getting a bolt taxi from the airport, otherwise you’ll pay double f you get just a normal taxi. Good location within 15 minutes walk distance from the beach and 15 minutes to the centre of split. Very clean, air conditioner was great.

The bed mattress was very hard and uncomfortable; you would expect some dish soap when crockery is provided; the TV did not seem to work, although I did not really try hard to get it working. Minor things, overall.

I liked the location, very close to the city centre. As for the room, you get what you paid for, so nothing out of the ordinary, mid-range accommodation that will do for a stay focused on being outside the room most of the day.

The location was perfect, close to most of the attractions and beach and the son of the owner(forgot his name) was very good to us. He provided what we want whenever we ask, at least the ones he could provide us with. Overall I had a great experience!!

The wifi was not very consistent and kept cutting out at certain times of the day however after contacting the host, this issue was looked into for us.

The property was in a very central location and had all of the facilities that we needed. We really appreciated the air conditioning and outside terrace area.

There was no Wifi connection during the first 4 days of our stay. The owner tried his best to fix it, which he eventually did. The apartment wasn't the cleanest either. One wipe with a paper tissue on the couch turned the paper brown. There was dust all over the place as well. There was no hairdryer in the bathroom, which was expected to be provided according to the mentioned apartment facilities. For anyone planning to stay in this apartment just know there is no lock on the bathroom door, which was a bit uncomfortable for me and my family especially when showering. No shampoo or body wash is provided, so make sure to bring those yourself. Lastly, from my experience in this apartment, it seems it is not properly cleaned or checked/controlled after each guest. I would have expected the owner to make sure there is working wifi, provided facilities according to the description and a more clean apartment before our arrival to avoid any of the inconveniences that me and my family had to deal with.

The apartment is close to both the beach and the city center, which was great. The owner was also easy to reach and helped as much as he could whenever we asked for anything.

I think that this place was really nice and would not change anything. Maybe the only thing would have been checkout instructions or just to let us know if there was anything else to do for checkout.

Amazing place to stay! Very easy to get to Old town from here, and very walkable. The place itself is very accessible and was super easy to find/ had a fast check in and check out. The host was very responsive and I would highly recommend booking here!

For the amount of money they charge I expect more. Found a lot of mess in the shower when I arrived. Then I realised it was because the shower sink is clogged. Just a typical generic money maker.

Discussing place!!! Mice 🐭 in the apartment coming through the windows that are facing row of stinky rubbish bins! Not nice host! Apartment description and pictures DO NOT match reality- no city view -bins view instead! Dirty and not nice!

Horrible and disgusting apartment!!! Do not stay here, it has mice 🐭!!!! If I could rate it 0 I would, but unfortunately there was no option for that. It is a horrible place!!!! In the description of this apartment it says it has city view and garden view they have even put a picture of the city view - NOT TRUE!!! We had a view to the big row of overflowing and very stinky rubbish bins!!! Apartment is on the ground floor / basement and windows come out to the road on the level of the road. You cannot have windows open because insects and mice from nearby rubbish bins come into the appointment. That makes apartment very hot! Also no window curtains, so you need to have shutters down so passers by won’t see inside the appointment and won’t see you inside, that makes this apartment very dark and depressing! I have contacted host when we arrive to tell them that description and pictures of the apartment do not much the reality -I was met with a very nasty reply “ what did I expect for the price”! Absolutely outrageous behaviour! Description also says there is an oven and a toster in there/ unfortunately not true again! Only kettle and the fridge there. Very basically equipped kitchen! Apartment wasn’t very clean either-hair in the sink and shower. Wi-fi wasn’t working, it started only after I contacted the host.

I booked and payed the room for three guests: myself, my wife and my 5-year-old daughter. Although the owner received all these data, he only made the double bed and not the additional one. When I called him, he said the following: - it was my fault that I did not pay extra for the additional bed: not true since there was no such option during the booking process and I clearly stated that there will be a 5-year-old child with us; - the sheets are in some closet: I could not find anything and I assume the owner just wanted to get rid of me; - he would call the next day to fix the problem for the second night: he never called me. I have often booked accommodation for two adults and a child and have never experienced anything close to this.

The room is close to the old town.

Nice and clean place, quiet and at the same location close to the city center, markets and the beach. Nice and respectful treatment, the owner answers all inquiries. Everything in the apartment is exactly as described on Booking.com. I will book with him on my next trip to Split, and I recommend renting with him.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming, cozy apartment. Its central location made exploring the city a breeze, with most attractions and amenities easily accessible by foot. The addition of free parking was a great perk, conveniently located next to the flat. The check-in process was exceptionally smooth, further enhancing the overall experience. Would highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient city break for two.

The biggest dislike goes to the air-conditioner whose filters have not been cleaned for a long time. It was 37 degrees outside. I closed all windows and turned on the airco, but such a nasty smell of a mouldy old floor mop started coming out of the airco that I switched it off immediately and had to reopen the windows. Additionally, the toilet was not well cleaned and the bed linen looked very old, pillowcases had some old unwashable stains. The fridge had food (open ice-cream in the freezer, half-filled water bottle) from the previous tenants. The last thing is something I am not sure the owner can do much about, but still important to know: there are communal trash bins across the street and on Sunday those were extremely full and during this heat you can only imagine the odour strength from those. I am glad we spent most of the time outside and came to the apartment only to shower and sleep.

The location is very close to the city center and to the Deocletian's palace specifically.
