The hosts are amazing, I enjoyed talking to them! The location is just perfect, close to the restaurants, beach, shops, ,etc. The terrace is huge, with all the equipment to enjoy it during any time. The bed is super comfy.

Nothing really, all good for me!

Lovely flat in a really good location overlooking the harbour. Walking distance to good restaurants and shops, very peaceful relaxing stay there, thoroughly recomend!

The owners were really helpful and friendly. The location is perfect - right on the seafront and really close to the beach. The apartment is really nice and spacious, which is great. We loved the terrace, it's especially nice to spend time on it in the evening, because it has a nice view of the rest of the town as well as the sunset.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike. The hosts, Roko & Kolinda live downstairs & were happy to help in any way they could, not that we had any issues. We will definitely be back next year.

The apartments could not have been situated better. Overlooking the bay, the views were spectacular every day, especially the sunsets.

We stayed only 1 night so i can´t say much about the location and things to do around it. But our flight was 3 hours delayed, the super friendly lady of the reception stayed in contact with us and handed us over the key with a smile even though it was 2AM. We were so tired from the long delay+travels, so happy to be able to check in. Many many many thanks!!! The apartment was super clean, spacious and we had some drinks and snacks in our fridge.

Linen in the extrabed was a bit smelly when we arrived. Entrance looks very messy and disorganized so doesn't give the impression that is a nice place from the outside.

Very well located at the cross of the main street next to the promenade. Room and bathroom were big and comfortable. Terrace was really big, had a great view to the water and promenade.

We stayed in a unit on the top floor, and it was a nightmare. The air conditioning didn’t work, and it was so hot inside that it was actually cooler outside in 30°C. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi and fridge were both broken, making the stay even more miserable. We trieded reaching the owner multiple times, but no response at all. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night to find alternative accommodation because it was unbearable. We paid for a night we didn’t even use.

Unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. The lady owner was extremely rude during our stay. It started with an inappropriate comment about us being "rich Polish" when we arrived in a rental car — spoken in Croatian, not realising we understood the language due to its similarity to Polish. On departure, when we came to return the keys, she insisted on checking the apartment immediately. She noticed a bottle by the bed and asked "What's this?" in a sharp tone. I explained it was rubbish, but she then became abrupt and questioned whether we had taken the rubbish out. Upon seeing a single plate and glass in the sink, she asked, “Would you leave that in your own home?” and began talking about the €300 damage deposit unnecessarily. We felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. After speaking with a few locals, we learned this family unfortunately doesn’t have the best reputation. Guests should be made to feel welcome, not judged or criticised. We will definitely not be returning to these apartments. If you’re used to a higher standard of hospitality — avoid.

Quite noisy neighbourhood, during our stay there were two parties and we couldn't sleep because od the noise (I mean this is what you can expect when you live in the center, but we had not thought about it before we booked;)

There was no air conditioning in the bedroom, door did not shut and banged all night .when we arrived dishwasher was full of dirty dishes etc .when owner was informed she just shrugged and said oh well

Apartment a little tired, couldnt connect firestick to tv as it didnt have HDMI visible it was old. But hey £57 for one night in this lovely location with lovely people. No complaints.

The owners were amazing. Very friendly very helpful. Even allowed me to have breakfast at their table after checking out.

The only issue we had was that the shower diverter valve was a little faulty when setting it to shower.

Prime location opposite the water in a relaxing suburb of Zadar. Good bus links to zadar nearby and great waterfront. The property had everything you would need and the room was large with a terrace perfect for self catering. The owner Kolinda was very accommodating and friendly.
