The kitchen is a cramped corner and awkward to access cupboards and sink. It was fine for me this time, but not ideal.

Location. I found it easily. Recently renovated, nice decor, and clean. Things worked as intended. Prompt and helpful replies to queries. Storage cupboards. Cooker with oven and grill.

I didnt like the bathroom style, it floods when you shower, also kitchen set up is tricky, it was hard to wash dishes due to the angle of the sink..

The apartment is on a slightly dirty street. The bathroom is a little small.

The location is excellent, you can walk everywhere. It is very comfortable and clean. The person in charge of giving you the keys is very friendly and they are talking to you by chat all the time to find out if you are okay or what you need. Highly recommended

A lot of little things in the apartment were a bit broken, the shower leaks water everywhere, a couple of the windows were hard to close. Was hard to get into the main door, the key would not work really well. Host said there was shampoo in the property but there wasn't.

Location was great! The apartment was very clean. It's compact but has everything you could need for a short stay.

Everything was great, except for the shower. Great pressure but trying to figure out the whole moveable glass was a bit tough. Didn't want to shatter the glass.

It is a lovely clean apartment, cosy. Easy location to find and makes everything walking distance from the apartment.

The bathroom is very small - it’s more of a wet room with the shower, but we managed to make it work. There was a bit of an odor coming from the bathroom drains now and then, but we assume that this is normal given that the building and the city itself is so old.

Location is fantastic!! The flat is decorated so nicely! The bedroom area on the top floor is lovely and bed very comfortable. Very clean as well! Loved having a washing machine as we needed to wash some of our clothes. Overall a very good stay.

The bathroom was incredibly small - my friend almost couldn’t fit her legs when sitting down. There were also dirty dishes left when we arrived in the sink.

It was in a great location and we had early check in so the host was accommodating.

It is small - for one night for the 2 of us it was fine but could get cramped for longer. Whilst it’s modern and beautifully decorated, it could do with less ‘stuff’ so there’s a bit more space to move or keep suitcases. The street felt fine during the day and was well lit on an evening but could be off putting for some as it was a bit untidy outside (separate to this apartment).

Good location for central Split and had everything we needed for a short one night stay. Clean and comfortable and modern inside. Ana was very helpful in getting in touch with all info and very friendly.

The shower is a little strange and water ends up all over the floor.

The host gave very clear check in instructions and was in communication with me frequently. The place was comfortable, AC worked well, and it was everything I needed as a solo traveller. It was down a quiet street so there were no problems with noise for me as a light sleeper.

I didn't like the fact that in the kitchen I couldn't find any sockets. There was one close to the dining table which wasn't placed conveniently. Also, the shower door were pretty difficult to open.

Location is amazing, right in the city center of Split. Also, apartment is very nicely designed.

The bathroom was cramped, and the shower doors didn't seal properly, which meant that water leaked on to the floor. Towels were provided but there was nowhere to hang them after use. I'd recommend staying here for no longer than 1-2 nights due to the issues mentioned above.

Great location, a 5 minute walk from the palace, and easy to get to the harbour. Clean and comfortable enough. Responsive owner.

We were given the lower ground floor apartment. Air ventilation is poor and the toilet has some bad smell from time to time. The layout of the bathroom is very poor as toilet seat is literally facing a wall. If you're tall build, please do not choose this apartment. The toilet seat isn't fixed properly and it has been moving. Shower gel and hair wash have not been provided with a personal touch It was just the left over from a big bottle and we didn't have enough shower gel for our second night stay. Host did not communicate well in advance such as password for WiFi and the hot water system power switch needed to be switched on at all times. We ended up had to make a special trip back to the room to ensure that it was on. It could have done better. There are always some noise coming from the ventilators. If you have trouble sleeping with any kind of noise, you must stay away from this apartment. Otherwise, the apartment is very modern and location is convenient.

The location is quite convenient as it is very close to the old town.
