Beautiful villa with exceptionally clean and cozy apartments with a terrace, a beautiful garden and a refreshing swimming pool. We were also happy to meet the super hosts who fulfilled all our wishes. A big bonus were the bicycles that we could use at any time. Thanks Ante and Diana!!! I hope we can see you soon🤗

Great location. 2 minute walk from the beach. 4 minute walk to nearest supermarket. Very peaceful but just a 5 minute walk from the shops and restaurants of the old town. Diana is the perfect host. Pool is smallish but very stylish. Apartment was very nice and very well appointed.

A truly amazing place – 10/10! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Apartments and Rooms Mateša. Everything exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect – close to the sea and the city center, yet in a quiet and peaceful area where you can really relax. It’s the best of both worlds. Our host, Ante, was incredible – so kind, welcoming, and helpful with anything we needed. He truly made us feel at home. The rooms were clean, well-kept, and very comfortable. There was also regular housekeeping, which made everything feel fresh and taken care of throughout our stay. There were bikes and electric scooters available for us to use, which was such a great service and made getting around even easier. The pool area was spotless and well-maintained daily. Everything was clean and inviting. Even the smallest details were taken care of – we enjoyed spending time there. A huge recommendation from us! This place is simply top-notch, and we would definitely come back. Thank you so much, Ante, for everything! ☺️🙏🏼

Gorgeous place! The garden is so pretty and has lots of beautiful plants which made it feel super luxe. The room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities you needed. Great location too. The owners were really lovely!

The apartment is well arranged and equipped with attention to detail – everything one might need for a short and comfortable stay is provided, from basic kitchen spices and Nespresso coffee machine to practical bathroom accessories. The location is quite convenient, situated approximately halfway between Zadar and Split, making it an ideal base for visiting Krka National Park, Šibenik, Trogir, Split, and other nearby attractions. The heated swimming pool, beautifully illuminated at night, was especially appreciated by our children. Finally, the apartment hosts were very kind, helpful, and welcoming.

The facility is great. It is 2min walk from the beach and center. The host was very welcoming. The apartment was spotless, with all the amenities, comfortable, clean, spacious, with a large covered terrace with a view on the pool. Sincere recommendation.

WiFi - not quite fast enough to reliably stream TV, although OK when other guests weren't using the WiFi

Great location, 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk into town. We were also able to use bicycles provided by the owners which was great as we used them to go on cycle rides along the coastal path to neighbouring villages... a real bonus. Nice pool area too.

The doors to the rooms are quite thin so you can hear the communal kitchen area, unfortunately when we were staying there was a family also staying in a room nearby who let their children scream and play in the communal kitchen from 6.30am for at least an hour. Not the owners fault, but just something to be aware of.

Great pool area which was very relaxing, very clean rooms and really friendly owners who were on hand to help with anything we may have needed during our stay. Our room was cleaned every two days and lots of nice soft towels were provided. The apartments have lots of free parking and it’s only a 2 minute walk to the beach and about 5 minutes to all the bars, shops and restaurants of Vodice. Everything you could need for a nice relaxing holiday. Boa the dog is also lovely and friendly.

Not much to dislike but cooker was a little on the small side with just 2 hobs.

Ante and Diane were the perfect hosts! They are so kind, so friendly and are always willing to help out in any way they could. The location was absolutely amazing. Couldn't have picked a better spot. 3 mins walk to a beautiful clean beach with loads of beach bars and restaurants and 4 mins walk down to the port to many more beautiful restaurants, souvenir shops etc Beautiful clean swimming pool with loungers and privacy from others. Clean apt perfect for 4 with 2 double beds. Boa the dog v friendly to visitors and quite old. Anything we asked for was never a problem.

Loved these very attractive, well appointed rooms. Beautiful small pool with sun beds. The owners/ hosts made us feel extremely welcome. Easy parking, and complimentary coffee in the communal kitchen added to our enjoyment of the stay. Looking forward to a return visit.
