Everything was spot on! location is perfect, shop and restaurant just 100m away. not far away to supermarkets. perfect location for visiting interesting places. property was in immaculate condition, clean comfortable and very peaceful, our apartment was very well equipped including air-condition host are perfect. Swimming pool nice clean and very good size. I would like to comeback there!!!!

One week not enough!

Wow! We were so happy with our stay at Marnic appartments. The appartment was perfect and so modern. Absolutely flawless! The owners couldn't do enough for you. The pool was great and plenty of sun loungers and parasols to go round. The location was close to restaurants and supermarket. Platt beach is 10mins walk away but alot of steps to go down then walk back up again especially in the heat. Close to Cavtat and Dubrovnik.

The location is perfect. Direct steps to the sea and just along there is a very quiet and long beach with a little resort with restaurants and bars and an infinity pool you can rent loungers if you want. The pool at the apartments is small but was quiet and the views to the sea were beautiful. Loungers and parasols and pool towels for you to use. It’s 10 minutes by Uber to the airport and on a local bus route through coastal towns and into Dubrovnik in less than half an hour.

Shower curtain was not great and floor got wet sometimes .TV did not connect to channels so we used our tablets instead. Disappointed that the beach was not close to the property and had to go down 79 steep steps to get to it (not suitable for those with mobility issues ).

Location was perfect with stunning views .Pool was gorgeous .Bed was nice and big and plenty of sockets in the room .There was a friendly restaurant opposite the apartments which served great food at reasonable prices.

Unfortunately the property was cash only (admittedly I should’ve considered this when seeing that the property was pay on arrival, but it was not made abundantly clear), this meant I had to take out €450 using ATM, which we all know the conversion rates. Also, the guests children were running around the property, this is okay but the children were using whistles which is irritating when enjoying a beer on the balcony watching the sunset. The beach advertised by the pool is not a beach at all so probably avoid, but there is a good one around 15 mins away.

The swimming pool was very well maintained, apartment was clean and the cooking facilities were adequate.

the location was more remote than I had expected. If you are not driving, taxis will be necessary to get anywhere you will need to go, even a supermarket

The apartments were very spacious and clean, all had lovely balconies with a gorgeous view. The pool was also very good with a very relaxed vibe.

When we arrived at midnight there was no one waiting for us or even message us before with instructions how to find a room(we informed them about late check in). We were waiting for an hour before one of the guests told us to look for our room, all the doors were opened. We tried ringing and sending messages to the property, without success. Finally, the owner must have heard us and woke up to tell us she didn’t know that we are coming. At that moment I felt so bad, my son and my elderly mum after a journey :( we finally got the room but the owner made us feel so uncomfortable that she supposedly didn’t receive any information from booking.com. I spoke to booking.com the next morning and they confirm the messages being exchanged! The pool was being repaired and there was no information on the booking.com (they asked me to sent them a picture to proof) the owner told me that it’s too cold to swim, if I want to swim I should go and swim in the sea!!! The attitude was not right! The property was booked with swimming in mind for my son, I didn’t care but this isn’t the way you run business and speak to your quests!Just rude!

Facilities in the room. Bathroom was old and showerhead not clean. Showerhead constantly fell down when using it which made the shower not comfortable. Bed was also old and very squeaky.

View was amazing and the pool too. Appartment is a bit in the middle of nowhere so you do need a car or scooter to get around.
