The only issue I can say is if we had access to a washing machine it would have been amazing but I understand that is not an issue for everyone!

The location was perfect, even managing to get parking in the car park they recommended was great. We could walk and see so many amazing things. The apartment itself was beautiful.

The only problem was the parking for the car. There is a public parking nearby but is mainly full.

Everything was fine and perfectly clean. Center of the town is close and everything you need is 10 minutes from the apartment. Also the neighborhood is quiet.

We didn't get a refresh on things like toilet paper or towels. We really liked not being bothered, and we liked how they left us alone. But we stayed for a week and could've used some more toiletries halfway through.

Location was pretty fantastic. We were very centralized, just a short 5 min walk away from restaurants and the Riva. The place was very nice! Clean, gorgeous room. The AC saved us every day we were there.

The location is very close to the old city and the sea. It could not be more perfect! The view from the roof terrace is simply stunning, photos' cannot do it justice. We'd stay again in a flash! An amazing apartment for a couple.

The only reason this doesn’t get a 10 from me is due to noise created by other guests. My room was on the first floor (with one other) and there are two rooms above. The guests above me were incredibly noisy and inconsiderate until 5.00am one night/ morning. Management did try and resolve this with the guest during the night but were ignored. The offending guest was spoken to the next day and the noise improved somewhat. I thank the management for attempting to deal with it and they can’t be blamed for rude guests.

The location is great, within easy walking distance of restaurants and all the old town sights. The room was beautifully decorated with great storage and amazingly comfortable bed, linen and pillows. They are so well appointed you have everything you need.

Taxi has to drop you at the top of the very narrow street - but it’s not a big deal.

Great location within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do in Split. Pleasant outdoor patio down a flight of stairs.

We arrived late & took a taxi there from the airport which dropped us a few hundred metres from the entrance. Was a bit difficult to find at night.

Advertised as a deluxe king studio and it was certainly not - the bed was just barely a queen and the bathroom, which worked fine, was tiny - nowhere to put anything.

Very clean, good kitchen facilities (electric glass hob, dishwasher, cutlery etc) and fantastic location. Very charming little patio downstairs perfect for a drink before going out for dinner - or writing up your journal in the morning.

The apartment is lovely in a quieter part of Split, but within easy walking distance to the centre. It is well appointed, spacious and clean. The owner was great and helped with a pick up at the airport when we arrived and also arranging a taxi back at the end of our stay. Would highly recommend.

When I booked I thought we would have a balcony with a view but this wasn’t the case. The room was still very nice though.

Great sized apartment, incredibly clean and well resourced. Location was excellent, close to the main city on foot, but still quiet at night. Loved the terrace area, very chilled, great for unwinding after a long morning / afternoon out seeing the city / beaches; able to relax, recharge, before going back into the city in the evening to enjoy the amazing Split night life. Terrace had full, uninterrupted sunshine between 10.30am and 6.30pm in the evening. All in all, an excellent stay; would go back in a heartbeat, and probably will at some point!

The boiler seems to run out of hot water after 1 shower, so not great if there is 2 of you. We couldn’t find an iron or hair dryer which www described as available in the description.

We loved the location as we could walk to everything. It was great having a washing machine to wash our clothes.
