Location was fantastic. Property was clean and very nice. Sea view was better than expected. Shops are all a stones through away. I have no complaints about the property, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Everything was fine, except internet speed. Sometimes it was not working at all or it worked but it was very slow. Staff was very helpful and tried to help with that but it was a problem with an internet provider.

The property was very pretty, clean and comfortable. Staff were nice and helped with everything we needed. Apartment was modern, spacious, close to beach, supermarkets as well as old town.

We rented apartment 4A which is on the 2nd floor. Great sea views from the balcony and living room. The beds were very comfortable and AC worked great as long as you leave the bedroom doors open. We loved the lively street activity and the free parking was a plus. Coffee maker was missing but owner offered to bring it to the apartment. Would definitely stay here again!

Best location in Novalja with a nice view, everything is 1-2 min away (beach, food, shops, bus stop to zrce beach). Very kind host and cleaning service, apartment was super clean. It was spacious and comfortable (especially comfy beds). Lots of storage room, nice glas balcony, 2 safe boxes and a good kitchen. Can absolutely recommend!

As on the main street, it's a bit noisy, day-and-night.

Great location, close to the beach, very cozy. The heart of the town is in 2-3 minutes as the apartment is on the main street, close to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed it with young teenagers ;)

The only thing that might be an issue for some people is the noise during the night coming from the nearby pubs/restaurants. However, as the property is equipped with two air cons and the triple glazing, so we have just shut all the windows and had the best sleep in a long time. And I’m a light sleeper! Since it’s the apartment you may come across a noisy bunch which happened to us, but Martina addressed it immediately out of hours and I could not praise her highly enough for fantastic and very timely communication.

The property is perfectly located near the beaches, shops, restaurants and offers a beautiful sea view. The apartment is very well appointed and the attentive owners/staff provide you with all you need ie. Dishwasher tablets, salt, fresh towels which are changed regularly. The wonderful cleaning lady helps keep the apartment clean during the stay and even takes away the rubbish! The beds are extremely comfortable. We loved the terrace with great seats and a table provided. We had a perfect stay at this fantastic spot!

Building could use a window cleaning service, other than that it was fine.

Owner was very friendly and everything was just like on the pictures. Location was excellent, as there is everything you will need in a walking distance. You can park your car just behind the building. Apartment was well prepared and clean. The balcony view is fantastic. All in all it was a very pleasant stay.
