Only suggestions: A small shelf in the shower to put soap/soap dispenser on, otherwise you have to keep bending down to the floor! Also, more light by the bathroom mirror for shaving/make-up.

The unit we stayed in was on the ground floor and felt very much like a basement apartment. It was a little dark, not much natural light. It was well equipped for a studio apartment however no room for a washing machine.

The accommodation is close to the ferry port, bus station and an easy 5 min walk into the old town. The apartment is quiet and set back from the main road. The studio apartment is well equipped with the basics and tidy with a comfortable bed. Ideal if you want a reasonable base to explore Split.

The location is perfect between the historical centre and the sandy beach. The nice, old, tiny street is interdict to traffic so it is very silent and safe. The landlady is really nice, welcoming and helpful. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need for your stay. The bed very confortable.I really reccomend it.

Communication was great before arrival, check in was easy, and we were greeted by Lela. Lela gave us some great advice for where to go and what to see in the local area, and also how to get around. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The location of the apartment was absolutely perfect, a short walk into town and to the coast. It was lovely and quiet. I highly recommend booking your stay here, I know I will definitely stay here if we return to Split in the future.

It was on a sloping lower level so the windows were small and street noise was a little loud. There was no room for an outdoor chair if guests want to sit outside with their coffee. The neighborhood is near bus stop for local buses as well as the main station. Green market also close by

The apartment was well stocked with extra towels, kitchen utensils and bed was comfortable. The owner was available to greet us and give recommendations for restaurants and places to see.

I liked everything there - no complaints from me.

To start with, it’s in a perfect location - 5 minutes to the centre of Split. The apartment is in a quiet street with no traffic, save the occasional motorbike. The hosts were very accommodating as I was to land late and then my plane was later still. They arranged for a safe place for the keys to the property with very clear instructions how to get them. The apartment is equipped with everything you may need - it was a home away from home and the hosts even left me some beer as a surprise! Everything looked brand new - attention to detail evident everywhere- spotlessly clean.

Clean, comfortable room with good kitchen facilities to prepare meals when you're tired of eating out. Lena is a very friendly and helpful host, and the apartment is a short easy walk to the old city centre.

Host was very friendly and helpful. She offered a beer as soon as we arrived and talked us through the city, gave recommendations and offered any help should we need it. Location is great, short walk to centre and beach, with shops nearby.

Only negative was the curtains were a bit thin and on one of the windows, didn’t fully block out the light so we were woken up early.

Lovely hosts, so helpful, right from the airport transfer and information given as to where to find everything we needed regarding our stay in Split . The apartment was spotless, the bed was so comfortable along with a lovely shower with perfect pressure. Kitchen facilities were good and had everything required for the stay. The location was just outside the main area and was peaceful with no noise to disturb you. Would highly recommend a stay.

The location was a slight walk from the main Riva/old town of Split, however it was a great apartment overall.

Really close to town centre and local beach. Lovely to be met by our host Lela who offered lots of great suggestions for places to visit/eat. Studio has all the necessary facilities.

Good location, quet area, but close to main areas, beach and groceries stores. Comfortable bed, clean, well equipped kitchen (extra compliments for salt and pepper), good wifi, good communication from the owner. Self check in option very useful.

There is a small outside place to sit but no views from windows in the apartment. This was not a problem for me as it was so quick to walk to the Riva to sit and watch what was happening. I would not let lack of a view to stop me booking such a good place to stay

These apartments are in an excellent location - only 10 minutes walk from port, centre of Split, train and bus station and the close to the cheapest bag storage service ( which is by the bus station)

Great location close to ferry, bus and train station as well as Diocletian's Palace. Apartment is spacious and well appointed. Complimentary drinks on arrival a nice touch. Highly recommended.

The apartment is in a great location about 5 minute walk from the old town in Split. It is also only about 10 minute walk to ferry terminal and main bus station. You have very easy access to multiple food outlets, restaurants, grocery stores and the local market is five minutes walk away. The apartment is not big but is spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and has all the things you need including a good kitchen. Lela was a very accommodating and helpful host. Great value for money in Split which is a beautiful city with lots of places to see nearby.
