Brilliant apartment with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was very spacious and well maintained. Everything worked perfectly and was spotless. The rooms were huge, especially the living room and main bedroom and the beds were super comfortable. Plenty of wardrobe and storage space. The two balconies were big too and the sofas on the balcony were perfect for reading a book, having a nap, or a drink. They faced the sea and caught the mid morning to evening sun. The air conditioning worked very effectively though we only used it once because the apartment is well built and doesn’t hold the heat anyway. We opened the windows to allow a through draft instead. The host was very responsive and allowed us to check in early and even gave us a lift to the beach on our first morning recommending places to eat along the way. The location is excellent. Very close to a mini supermarket and bus stop for the bus to Dubrovnik but also a place where we picked up the excursion coach tours to Mostar and Kotor. Very quiet and peaceful and local families living there. Cavtat a short walk away

We come to these apartments for the second time 😊 - and this means that we liked it! Maryana is a very nice, friendly hostess, always nearby when you need something. Spacious, bright, clean apartments. We are happy with everything. You need to walk a little to the beach. The city and nature are amazing.

There was nothing we didn't like about the apartment, the only issue we had was the massive steep hill walking back up to it, everything else was fine

I found no fault.

Our flight was an hour late but the host was completely ok with that and met us with a warm welcome. Although after 10pm, Marija took the time to show us the apartment and gave us some useful information. She also presented with a welcome drink beyond what was already in the fridge. We were further delighted to be given a delicious freshly baked egg dish on the first morning by, I presume, Marija’s mother. So kind! The location was a short walk to a shop, the bus stop for Dubrovnik and the center of Cavtat and all it has to offer. Apartment Kutlic was key to making our stay in Cavtat very special. Thank you, Marija!

We booked this apartment last minute when a flight was cancelled and the host was extremely accommodating with our late arrival and early departure. Ideally situated for the airport and Cavtat is a lovely location. The apartment was spotless and well maintained

We thank the cheerful Mariana for the warm and welcoming welcome. Upon arrival, a pleasant surprise awaited us, come and find out. By apartment. The apartments are excellent, everything is clean, tidy and very comfortable. The comfort of two toilet rooms with a shower will be appreciated by new vacationers. Everything is thought out, a large balcony and seating areas overlooking the sea. We have very good memories. We'll be happy to come back here again.

Not many negatives, one thing to be aware of is if is a bit of a hill back up from the main town. We managed it with a 3 year old and used ice cream as motivation to keep going 😋

Really nice, spacious and clean apartment. Super nice and helpful host. We enjoyed a lot in this place. The view from the balkonys were so pretty. Definitely wanna book again when coming here next time.

Bit far from center and beach and the way return from center is uphill, but anyway its managible with walking distance. There is AC only in living room, bit challenge in hot months. Would be good to provide a customer book with instructions about wifi code, where to put garbage, how to use oven etc., but the host was very kind and she responded and helped us as soon as she chould.
