Quiet location, near sea and Old Town. A small shop only 200 m away. The apartment and pool area were clean and had evertything we needed. Big balcony with view to the pool. If you arrive with rental car, write the apartments name not address in the gps.

While the apartment itself was fine, I wouldn't recommend driving to the old town—finding parking there is nearly impossible.

Great place with a lovely swimming pool and free parking just across the street. Supermarket, bakery, and fast food are all within a 5-minute walk. The beach is about 10 minutes away, and the charming old town is easily reachable in 15 minutes if you take the little boat ferry.

That we had to leave

The apartment is well laid out, nicely furnished and has the utensils and mod cons that you need to have a home from home. The apartments are in a good location around 30 minutes walk into Zadar and has a supermarket within a five minute walk. We also loved the swimming pool and the ability to park our hire car safely and free of charge.

Had a great stay in an apartment, very easy walk to seafront in a few short minutes. Fully furnished balcony overlooked the lovely clean on site pool. A second one to the side had an airer and a bistro set to relax with a drink and your morning pastry from the local bakery or supermarket just 2mins away. Local bus routes and excursion pick ups available. Recommend a visit to Plitvice National park & also the national park boat trip. Although many to choose from. A short walk on level ground to lovely historic old town. Other local coastal resorts easily reached. A lovely welcome from our hostess who was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended if visq6⁶⁵iting Zadar, hope to return soon and would definitely stay in same accommodation again.

It was a lovely 20 minute walk to the Old Town. The apartment was quiet. My children enjoyed using the swimming pool. The host was friendly - texted us to explain that it was a national day on the Friday of our stay so supermarkets were closed so to get anything we needed the day before.

We had a fantastic time, the host was so friendly and helpful. The apartment was perfect and the location is great! Takes less than 5 minutes to get into the Old Town using Bolt, and only cost €4-€6 each time. Bakmaz supermarket is less than two minutes walk from the apartment and has everything you need.

The apartment was 100% clean and very pretty! Great kitchen with excellent oven, stove and other facilities. The bed was very comfortable, the TV worked perfectly, the swimming pool was clean. There's simply nothing to complain about. If you want to stay in Zadar, then this place is an absolute gem!

A beautiful apartment with great facilities including a washing machine. We loved the pool which was at a good temperature. Less than 5 minutes walk to a lovely restaurant. About 25 minutes walk into the old town. The apartment had parking across the street.

- Beds are cozy and soft. - The apartment had everything we needed. Including all the utensils you could ever need when on a short trip. - Two Balconies - Extra Toilet paper (that was a plus) - Nice swimming pool - Everything was pretty much good

The hot water ran a bit cold after one person showered so the other person had to have a cold shower.

The staff were lovely, the place was really clean and we had everything we needed. Also liked that basics such as coffee, tea, cooking oil and salt were provided.

Nice big balcony, nice swimming pool although it was to cold to have used it. Functional kitchen, nice roomy living room with good couch. Nice parking across the street with cover. Uncomplicated contact with owner about arrangements.

Very hard to be negative about the apartment but a additional mirror in the bedroom maybe on the back or front of a wardrobe door. During hot spells a blackout blind or curtain on the front door would keep the daylight out when the bedroom door is open to enable aircon to reach the bedroom during the night.

We were met at the airport by the owner who took us back to the apartment and explained everything. The apartment was very clean and extremely spacious and modern. Around 30 mins to old town so location is a little walk but scenery makes up for this. The complex was quiet with a pool and loungers.

Very clean and the apartment was well equipped . Lovely big balcony and decent size swimming pool . Close to the sea for a a dip (wear shoes , stoney beaches but lovely clear water and safe) Owners really helpful and answered any queries quickly . Zadar is lovely , safe and great seafood !!

Had a lovely stay. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped. Swimming pool was great, we rarely met other people there and mostly had it to ourselves. There's a shop maybe a 5 minute walk from the apartment and city center is in a walkable distance too (around 40 minutes one way).

A little distance from things to do and see but an Uber only costs €6-€9 to get anywhere of interest including old town.

We absolutely adored the property the apartment was in a much better standard than expected. Absolutely stunning with lovely hosts who had the most impressive vegetable garden and kindly offered harvested vegetables each day which was a great experience for our toddler who loved seeing “the farmer man” tending to his crop each morning at 5-6am
