We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IrelandMyself and my partner stayed here for a week in July and we couldn’t fault a thing. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and in a very convenient location. Everything was exactly as shown, if not better. The bed was very comfortable and the whole place stayed peaceful at night. We slept great every night we were there. We had a late flight in so were worried we'd have nowhere to sleep the first night. Mile was waiting for us at 00:30 on the porch so we could get in, which made things easy after a long travel day. Mile was great to deal with from start to finish. He was very friendly, quick to reply, and made everything simple. One night we ran out of air conditioning credit at 3am so we had to call him. Even though we definitely woke him, he came straight to the room and sorted it on the spot without a fuss. The seating area outside was one of our favourite spots in the evenings. It was quiet, had a lovely view, and was perfect for watching the sunset. All in all, it was excellent value for money and we’d absolutely stay again. Already recommending it to friends. Thanks again to Mile for everything.

South AfricaThere is something peaceful, relaxing and simply beautiful about this accomodation. It was greatly located with quick access to the beach and promenade walk. There is also easy and quick access to restaurants and a supermarket. Podstrana is also strategically located, close to Split to access by car, but far away enough to feel like you are in a relaxing, quietter spot.

The position was fantastic, right on the beach, near the supermarket and the beachside cafe and good parking. Also good to be able to bike along the waterfront in both directions and handy to good beachfront restaurants. Well equipped kitchen and laundry for guest use.

GermanyThe shared kitchen was at times taken over by longer staying guests. Some guests definitely have favourite spots on the beach, so you might have to get up a little earlier to secure yours ;)
Great location - right on the beach with an air-conditioned room. Safe, shady off-street parking. A table was always available for every guest, as well as everything you need for the beach like deck chairs and large umbrellas. A nice selection of bars and restaurants in the area and with a decent grocery store 2 minutes walk away. There are easy bus connections to Split or Omiš and surrounding towns if you don't feel like driving. Definitely a great place for a self-catering beach holiday, with ample fridge and storage space.
