We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyVery nice located Appartements in front of a big parking area, finding a place to park is absolutely no problem, you can park in front the house and get to your apartment in two steps. Very comfortable. The Appartement has everything that is needed for a stay. The householders keep everything clean and help immediately. I will book here again when I come to mali losinj.

Czech Republicrickety couch, shower door falling off, problems with opening the window....but despite of that, we were satisfied :-)
Everything was fine, we enjoyed our stay. Just really uncomfortable - the squeaky couch that was like an extra bed didn't really suit us. The amenities are not without fault, the shower was a bit broken, one window could not be opened. But everywhere was clean and the price was very reasonable, so overall we were very satisfied.

CroatiaPillows as well as mattress could have been firmer, but that's just my personal taste. One of the busier roads is in front of the place therefore it was noisy at times.
The price I paid was excellent. I think around 40 euros per night in pre season. Hostess was helpful and friendly. It was clean. Parking is free, safe and in front of the apartment. Location wasn't bad as well, about 5 minutes walk to the very centre.

CroatiaThe apartment is accessible via long stairs which is problematic when you need to carry a small child. Car park does not have much shade, during the hottest part of the day car is in the sun and due to long stairs it is very difficult to carry child seat to be cold in the apartment.
The apartment has parking place and it is 10 minutes from the nearest beach and within 15 walking minutes from the center. Child bed was provided, everything was clean and functional. No additional fees for anything, it was hot and we used AC as much we needed. The host is kind and helpful.

Czech RepublicThe stated high-speed Internet did not work in this room, the owner said that another WiFi did, but it did not work for our owner either. He didn't want to deal with it, then he bought a tourist card. He was very unpleasant, we just wanted what they promised. In addition, he claimed that it cost 3 times more (we know from www and SMS). From second day there was no one to solve the problems. After the 3rd night mold appeared on the walls and continued to grow. He just insulted a lot and made it up! They say we're ruining his vacation and he doesn't believe us. We to him? Then he wrote that he knows and they brush every year in March. Then that we destroyed his apartment with a big heating (we heated a little less than he set) and he will want compensation. Then it is not harmful to health, they will contact us. He claimed to Booking that he offered compensation, but at the same time he refused compensation. Of course, he hasn't contacted us yet. Judge for yourself in the photos, it is painted in the summer, but you will still sleep in it? We wanted health, conversely asthma was worse. "Free private parking in the hotel area" = parking in a fairly full public parking lot, we had a problem parking for 2 days. We agree with all the negative reviews, for example, water flows from the toilet to the floor, 2 toilet papers and 1 towel for 2 people for 5 nights, there is a kettle, but the socket is just by the bed or on the floor. The problem is that the owner immediately turns against the guests, that they want his money, ... We have had no problem over the years, never, but his insults and the condition of the apartment were terrifying. He nonstop repeated the price, but he had it on Booking and it does not correspond to the apartment. Advice: Look at the unsatisfied reviews and especially how he responds to them, always against the guests. He will certainly add a few insulting fabrications to our review as well.
