We had a wonderful stay at Ap Grzinic. The apartment is spacious, bright, very nice furnished, clean, spotless, with kitchen equipped with what you need, confortable beds. The yard is so nice and the pool is wonderful, the kids enjoyed so much playing in the pool. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and the kids could safely use the bikes available free of charge at the property. Gabriela, the owner is so kind, open, she and her husband were so supportive when we needed help because our car had a technical problem, they called a mechanic and even accompanied us to the service area. We could use the property available bikes to go in the evening to city center, all of us enjoyed it ans we had everything needed for a bike trip. We had some welcome beverages cold in the refrigerator to enjoy. The stay at this apartment is a great experience if you want to explore the region, the owner care and dedication for the guest's confort is so valuable.

The apartment is extremely clean, very well equipped, with a fantastic outdoor pool. Our host Gabrijela was very kind to us, she gave some recommendations. Also, you can benefit from the bikes on the property. Next time in Rovinj, we definitely know where we will come back. Puno hvala!

Lovely clean apartment with an amazing pool and great balcony. It’s in a residential area so could park the motorbike on the driveway. It is a good walk into the town but we knew that and the pool more than made up for it.

The property was away from the central area but this was exactly what we were looking for. There were bicycles we could borrow for an enjoyable ride and alleviating any parking issues.

We chose this property because it was outside the busy downtown area and it was in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was a little over a mile from the main downtown. The apartment itself was very comfortable. Comfy bed. Kitchen had coffee, tea and juice which was a nice touch. We were very comfortable there and glad we stayed there. The host, Gabriella, was delightful and very helpful in every way. Highly recommend staying here!

A great swimming pool which my family appreciated most 😎 beautiful big garden and even a small terrace on the first floor. Very clean place, well equipped in a peacful area of Rovinj. Free parking next to the house. And last but not least fantastic and helpful host Gabriela 🙂

Perfect experience, everything was lovely and clean. Garden has a trampoline and plenty of bikes for a young child. We didn't expect the pool to be open but it was (end of October now). Car can be parked on the driveway. Would definitely recommend.

Could do with a house number or name as not obvious where it is from the address. No sharp small kitchen knife for cutting and peeling veg and no spatula for using in a frying pan.

Nothing to dislike, as long as you do not mind the 30 minute walk to town if you don't drive, then it is perfect.

Gabrijela is the most amazing host. We got a taxi from Pula Airport and she met us as soon as we arrived. Nothing was any trouble for her, we do not drive but it was no problem for her to take us shopping and she even took us to the bus station. The apartment is nice, there was 3 of us in ours and we had plenty space. The pool area is lovely, there were 2 other families there but a lot of the time we had the pool to ourselves. There is also a terrace outside the apartment where you can eat or have a drink in the evening. There are bikes you can use for free and I loved using those to cycle to some of the nearby beaches and the old town. There is also a washing machine in the apartment to use too. It is very quiet, it is 30 minutes walk to town so no passing traffic or tourists, there are also a couple of restaurants and bars on the wat to town that are very good and cheaper than going into the Old Town, Restaurant Dario was our favourite.
