We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The place itself is charming, comfortable, and perfectly maintained, but what truly made the experience special were the hosts. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

The rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated, felt like a home away from home! The rooms are very quiet and hard to believe a step outside and you're amongst all the atmosphere of Rovinj, restaurants, bars and shops, exceptional location! Eleni the owner is incredible, she helped us with transfers and drivers after our flights were cancelled and went over and beyond. She recommended restaurants, places to see and things to do, a perfect host. Thank you for such a beautiful and memorable stay.

The only (and this is a tiny thing) was that the full length mirror was in an awkward place behind a door so you couldn’t really access it!

Everything was perfect.

Our stay there was amazing and I would love to stay there again. The place is full of history, one of the most beautiful I ever stayed and it is located in the best area of the city. We were very well received, with lots of tipps of what to do. The attention to the small details at the apartment made our stay even more perfect.

Eleni was very welcoming and kindly changed our room when she realised that as people of a certain age we might struggle with the top floor. Her knowledge and advice made our holiday much more enjoyable. We were really pleased with her advice about local restaurants.

in Rovinj you can‘t find any parking place near the center where you can park your car for a few days and the costs are not higher then the costs for the hotel?! Eleni shows me a place outside the center where we parked the car. That was o.k. for us and not so expencive.

Everything about this stay was amazing. The room was spacious ( we had 2 large suitcases and 1 small one). The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and it is located in the heart of old town. A special thank you to the owners, Eleni and Marko, who were so welcoming and lovely throughout our whole stay. They gave us advice on restaurants, beaches and activities. They also helped us with a transfer to Pula. Thank you again for making our first stay in Rovinj so nice. We definitely cannot wait to come back and stay at your property again.

We loved Villa Duketis. Such a beautiful property and Eleni is super helpful. Tiny bathroom but all amenities provided and great shower with plenty of hot water. Kitchenette is a great addition. Nice touches with water and fruit provided and replenished when room serviced. Thank you for a fabulous stay in beautiful Rovinj.

The parking is a 15 minute walk away from the accommodation. When I booked the hotel I was only looking at places that had parking which I assumed meant on-site parking. Maybe this could be clearer.

The location is amazing - right in the heart of the old town. Breakfast is fantastic and Elena and Marco couldn't have been more helpful.

Refreshments upon arrival, immaculately presented apartment in a perfect location in the old town of Rovinj. Owners Eleni and Marko are a lovely couple, they provided plenty of information and checked to make sure everything was good. We will be back.
