Spotless with every amenity you could ask for. Mari was a wonderful host. We arrived late & she greeted us outside, carried our cases in & even provided us with sliced melon & water. Lovely quiet location but only a few minutes walk to a variety of restaurants & a couple of supermarkets.

The apartment is newly furnished, clean and has everything we needed for. There’s a small convenience store in 3’ walking distance. Restaurants are approx 15’ walking distance (we like the Mama Mia restaurant the most). The (sandy) beach is a bit far so we took Uber, 10’ driving and around €18 round trip. We went once to the beach with our car and the parking cost is €20 for the whole day, but we noticed that if you come after 5pm the guy at the parking entrance is gone so you don’t have to pay €20. The host was kind, gave us some sweets upon arrival and watermelons the other day.

A Wonderful Stay in Zadar – Highly Recommended! I spent a lovely week in this apartment in Zadar this July, and I couldn’t be happier with my stay. The location was perfect – quiet but very well connected, just a short bus or taxi ride into town. The hosts were absolutely amazing – so warm and welcoming. They greeted us with homemade bread, cake, fresh fruit, and even a glass of cherry liqueur, which was such a thoughtful touch and really made us feel at home. The apartment itself was very comfortable and had stunning views – a perfect place to relax after a day exploring. Everything was clean, well-kept, and cozy.

Great apartment with top facilities. The hosts were very friendly. Around a 40 min walk into Zadar Old Town. Taxi / Bolt only around 5/6 euros if you don't fancy the walk.

Mirjana and Ivana could not have been more welcoming. Picking us up from the airport and helping to arrange trips. Mirjana was an excellent host, surprising us with morning pancakes and afternoon treats as well as bbq food. The apartment was spotless and well equipped. The pool area was superb. I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Amazing experience from start to finish. The hosts are lovely, very friendly and super helpful. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. There was also the pool, trampoline and games room which we enjoyed. Would definitely stay again and 100% recommend :)

The apartment is new and contains everything you need including a washing machine. The pool is beautiful and the pool area finished to an exceptional standard. Ivana and her parents are warm, welcoming and very helpful and made our stay in Zadar very special.

Absolutely no complaints. Everything from start to finish was fantastic!

A beautiful apartment and the most incredible attentive team! Ivanna was absolutely amazing! So kind and helpful! Her mother was so lovely too! A truly wonderful family! Both bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable, and even made us a sandwich when we arrived from our flight late. Ivanna booked us excursion which were great! And also drove us to and from the airport!

Really friendly hosts, couldn't do enough for us during our stay, lovely clean apartment in a quiet area, close to the beach and a 15 minute walk into the old town, lots of nice restaurants nearby. The hosts daughter Ivana sorted out our excursions aswell which were great, definitely recommend

The host was very friendly, they were so kind that they even gave us some washing powder to do our laundry and even baked us spontaneously some delicious pancakes. The apartement was very clean and modern. We would highly recommend this place.

We had the top floor apartment, there is no lift, was hard to get the bags up.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped, it felt like home. Swimming pool and trampoline for children. Very nice overall.

Communication could be a bit better. Pool on the picture looks a bit bigger than it is in reality, but it was still nice to cool down at the end of the day.
