The location was perfect and being just out of the Old Town meant it was a quieter stay but so close to walk to the gate and all the restaurants. We made use of the Transfer from airport which was great (a separate cost) and we could store our luggage until check-in which was very helpful. Friendly & welcoming staff.

Excellent location, in a quiet area but 3 mins to Pile Gate entrance to old town . Outside terrace/garden was an added bonus where we could relax with a glass of wine after a busy day Overall - 10/10

The apartment needs some upgrading and modernisation. There are neighbouring apartments in the same building that have been improved greatly, and look amazing. The apartment has a distinctive smell, ( not pleasant) but the air conditioning is excellent as is the shower. We didn't eat or cook in the apartment.

The Location, was very good down a few steps to the Pile Gate. If you are arriving by taxi, ask to go to the Pile gate walk towards a restaurant called Forteca, to the left is a lane, Banovac is up the steps on the right side of the lane

Lovely apartment in an amazing location - 1 min outside the city walls. Clean and tidy, with a nice relaxing outside space. Very quiet and peaceful just minutes from the hustle of the old town.

Everything. Anthony was very helpful beforehand and picked us up after midnight at airport. Spotlessly clean with fully equipped kitchen, very comfy bed and super shower. Location is perfect, 1 minute walk to Pile Gate, restaurants, supermarket and taxis. Safe and secure with coded gate entrance and a nice shared courtyard with the other 2 apartments.

Ideal location, just outside the Pile gate, away from the crowds with just a short walk to the walls. Comfortable bed, nice shower, well-equipped kitchen, and it was especially nice to have the washing machine. Very kind, responsive host who allowed us to store bags before and after checkout, which was incredibly helpful.

The best part about the apartment was the location - just outside the Pile gate and up 18 steps out of the noise but very convenient to get everywhere on foot. Anthony gave us great instructions on how to get into the apartment using the door code. The apartment was a good size, separate bedroom from the rest of the apartment. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchenette was a good size for our purposes. There was even a real filter coffee maker which is our preferred method of making coffee. There is also a washing machine in the apartment that was handy to wash a week's worth of clothes. The terrace was nice for breakfast and afternoon relaxing/reading. There's no view but the trade-off is the convenient location. Thanks, Anthony!

Next door is some construction which is not particularly attractive. Short walk from where a cab can drop you. Some stairs to get to unit, though not too bad.

Great location, loved the washing machine plus drying rack outside. Could arrive early and leave bags on terrace. Nicely furnished, comfortable. Good check in and location info provided.

I can’t say there was anything negative.

Anthony was really nice. He picked us up at the airport which I really appreciated since I wasn’t familiar with the area and we flew in that evening. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. It was right by Pile Gate so very convenient for dat trip pick-ups/drop-offs.

We arrived at night and it was difficult to find the right door in the laneway from instructions. Maybe a bigger sign on the door and some lighting would make it easier. Also, once you enter the door, it leads to a courtyard. The light switch is on your right, about 2 metres. Unit 1 is the second unit. Also, hard to identify in the dark because it is a black number on a dark green door. Almost impossible to see in the dark. The apartment says it has parking but it doesn't. The host was kind to suggest either a free cark, in the winter, 30mins walk away or paid carparking nearer. The paid carparking is expensive at 40 Euro per night. We elected for the free carparking, which worked well but instructions are a little vague. It is where the buses park....you just need to be careful and park in the designated car parks.

The apartment is very spacious and lovely. Everything you would need is there. Lovely outdoor area as well. Shower & bathroom fantastic. Location perfect. Comfortable bed and good wifi. One of the best.

The apartment is situated about 5 minutes walk from the Pile Gate, it was also very easy to access from the taxi rank, maybe 3 minutes and 15 steps, which for Dubrovnik is very special. The location was safe and quiet with restaurants very close by, we could even walk to the water for a swim easily.. We loved the courtyard and the apartment was large and very comfortable. Lots of TV news stations available too.

The apartment was very close to the old town, buses/taxi rank and small supermarket. The apartment had everything we needed and the bed was very comfy. The Kitchen was well equipped with tea/coffee and detergent. The patio area was lovely to stay out in the evening and had a privacy screen from the other apartment. Would recommend to stay here as everything is so close to the apartment

To advertise the property as having parking is hilarious. If any property could be described as having no parking this would be it. The apartment is just outside the old town so approaching in a car is a nightmare. The apparts Is up a quaint but steep pedestrian lane, so cannot be accessed by car. We parked as close as we could as instructed by the host, however we were charged 10 euros for the 15 minutes it took us to carry our bags to the flat.

Wifi was not awful but not working properly. We didn't spot the router, so i can imagine it was within the next apartment. The refrigerator was a small one. Since we spend 6 nights there, we would appreciate a normal one. Other remarks are very small to be mentioned and maybe they are just personal preferences.

The apartment location is just perfect. Close to everything, but on a very quite alley. Extremely clean, spacious, modern decoration, very well equipped and with a very nice courtyard, which tend to become hot during summer, though. The owner quickly respond to our few queries.
