I loved everything about the property. It was comfortable, excellent location (close to ferry, to bus stop, old town and promenade on the sea). Andrea and her family are super nice and always available to make my stay perfect. Was also cleaned according to my mum standard so it felt pretty close to home :)

I honestly have no complaints at all. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and recommend Andrea’s apartments to anyone visiting Zadar.

The apartment is in the perfect location, right by the historic Church of St Donatus in the heart of Zadar’s old town, which is a short walk from the Adriatic Sea. You can be right by the sea in time for sunset in a matter of minutes. The room itself was exactly as I’d hoped and expected: spacious for a solo traveller and plenty of room for two if you are travelling as a pair, a very comfortable bed, and plenty of closet and drawer space for clothes and other travel items. As a bonus, the large TV included a U.K. Netflix login for early nights and time away from the heat (the air conditioning was a welcome relief, too)! Andrea and her family are lovely hosts and made me feel extremely welcome during my 4 night stay. Andrea offered some great tips where to eat and, just as importantly, where to avoid. I also noticed another reviewer bemoaning the sound of the fridge. No complaints on that front from me as Andrea warned me on arrival that it can be noisy and to just unplug it if needs be.

Really great location - not even 100 meters from the cathedral and Roman Square, partial view of the sea from the balcony. Still quiet and peaceful, no noise from the center reaches the room except from the church bells. Very well thought through - with all appliances and equipment one may need through the day, like shelf in the bathroom, hooks or laundry clips (which isn't always available in rentals). Super helpful hosts. And Netflix access is a plus.

Studio we had was quite small with very little sea view-gap between the buildings.Bathroom is very small and noisy fridge is in the room which we had to plug out for the night due to the noise. There was no balcony which we missed most and no kitchen unit either. But in general was nice and clean place -value for the money.

Apartments are allocated in very good spot ,2 minutes walking from sea front and 2 minutes walking from old town .

The bathroom could be much more modern. Also, the price could be a little lower, compared to other similar accommodations in Croatia.

The host was very kind and helped us with sightseeing and dining recommendations. The acommodation is in a prime location in the town center, within walking distance to the main tourist attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our room and the view overlooking the city center.

The bell started ringing right next to us early in the morning, it disturbed our sleep, but it is nothing the host can change.

It is right next to the roman forum, in the old city centre, it was amazing to be so close.

Very clean, nice smelling studio with balcony. I liked very much the location, lighting of the room, the yard of the building and that the hosts chosed for decoration wonderful photos from Zadar. The hosts are very nice company and there is a bonus - medical cabinet in the building with English speaking doctor😊

Perfect location to all historical monuments / contemporary places! Andrea and her family are much more kind and friendly than my mom traveled with me. ;) - Very very helpful parking instruction! ;) - 'Must-See' Guideline on Zadar map by Andrea was super informative! - Recommended restaurant (Pet Bunara) was also great!
