It's not much what I didn't like but for example a small improvement on the shower would be great, just sometimes holding the shower head.

Nice affordable stay, bed was comfortable, the shower was good and the location isn't bad either. The landlord is in an out of the building all day, a very humble and kind person.

Cheap accomodation, good to stay for 1 night probably wouldn’t like to stay any longer. Owner was nice, however needs air conditioning and a decent clean.

No air conditioning and it was very hot while we were there. If fussy, you may think it could be cleaner.

The bed was comfy, and private bathroom with good shower. Hot water. Useful extras included: Large fridge. Washing machine and clothesline. A cooktop and some pots. Kettle, grill toaster. We cooked a light meal and sat in the outside courtyard. There was an electric fan.

I usually don't write bad reviews, but I feel like I have to in this case to prevent others from being as surprised as I was. If you think it can't be that bad, trust me, it can be much worse. The location is good, and with a little effort, it could be great. However, in its current state, it's not suitable for renting

Stank of sewage in the whole place but in the bathroom the smell was unbearable. One of the beds was significantly worse than the other, the internet only works in the driveway, the fridge (1m from bed) is very loud so if you want to sleep, you won’t also be able to have the fridge on.

The location was good, easy to get to from town.

When we arrived no one was there, and self check in wasn‘t mentioned anywhere, other guests told us that we should just pick a room so we went in door was open. we booked a room with private bathroom, but all guests share the same one, which was ok too in the end. Everything worked out in the end, we would just liked to know beforehand :)

The location was quiet. And we had a balcony :) the friend of the owner is managing the apartment and she has turtles!

The bathroom was messy, seemed unclean and unorganised, the shower panel was missing so water got everywhere.

For the money, the property is decent, the room was spacious and comfortable. The host also accommodated our early arrival time. It's a 20 minute walk to the city but its not so much.

The room was incredibly basic (which we expected) but the shower had no where to hang the shower head. There were some bugs in the bathroom and in our bedroom (small cockroaches and silverfish)

It was close to Marjan park as well as some cafes and shops, the check in was simple and accommodating about us arriving at night. There were lots of plants and a nice view in the morning. The host was nice and explained a lot about the surrounding area.

Staid in a bungalow with private bathroom, it had three beds, clean bathroom. Pretty basically equiped but comfy for a few nights. parking space just in front of the door so my motorcycle was secure, definitely great value for money

This is by far the cheapest accommodation in Split. The furniture is old but everything was clean. Overal nothing fancy but it is what I was expecting for the price.

The owner said we could check in at 13:00 but when we got there we had to wait 1,5 h for our room. Also in the description it says that washing machine is included and it is shown in several of the pictures but when we used it two times the owner started to yell at us and said we had to pay because we used it too much. And don't leave your food in the fridge because they will eat it. I had bough a surprise lunch fo my friend but when we were leaving for the beach it was opened by someone else. Also we got woken up really early because a family that was supposed to check in knocked on our door searching for the owner who was gone so they had to wait outside in the 35 degree heat with small children and eventually left. No ac, no fan and no mosquito nets so windows had to be closed.

The location was okay. Only took 18 min to walk to the city center. Nice to have a balcony.

Location is really close to the city center, 15 mins by walk to Diocletian's palace, surrounded by the Marjan Park and sea. The lady is super nice, a hard working local matriarch, honest and really hard working!

Omg… It was so bad. I arrived in right day to the apartment and the woman, who is the owner, NEVER WASN’T there. People who live there said that there was a problem and there is not any avaliable room. So I needed in the middle of the night to find another place. Next day I came to this apartment and then owner wasn’t there. I went to my room, there was such dirty, there was actually NO AIR CONDITIONING as it told on booking, but only one poor ventilator. It was really hot in the room, I would say hotter than outside. And one more thing - COCKROACHERS. Owner said that she will come and clean that and she never came.

Everything else. The worst appartment I've been to. Dirty, uncomfortable, almost every interior element is broken and "fixed" with tape. Complite disaster, won't recommend even for enemy. Seems like high high demand for housing in Split gives chance to such proposition to exist. Shame...

Simply put: this place should not be open to the public. The structure is abandoned to itself, dirty in every corner: the cleaning range goes from dust (the cleanest thing) to COCKROACHES around the house. There is no care or attention for the structure and the guests who stay there. Not even the safety conditions are respected: gate always open, entrance doors always open. We only had the key of our room with a lock so old that a small knock would have been enough to open it. If you have time, I recommend canceling your reservation because staying there is not a holiday, on the contrary it is very stressful due to the dirty and neglected conditions. On the last evening there were cockroaches around the house, we did everything we could to not let them into our room: that's not what you should do in an apartment you pay for. Furthermore, in our case the description did not correspond to reality: there was no double bed nor a wardrobe, there was a bookcase with drawers full of socks and other old things and therefore not usable. The shower door was broken so the whole floor got wet. The owner was absent. This place should close down, restore the standards of hygiene and cleanliness that it doesn't have now and then maybe reopen.
