Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Czech RepublicIn front of the balcony there is a fire fighters station, in the evenings fire fighters sitting outside and chat till late hours, so you can't keep windows open.
I can just confirm all info from previous reviews. Clean apartment, good location, nice host, fully equipped kitchen. It's not a brand new, but was comfort enough for us - you can live like a local. Walls are a bit thin, but this is very quite house, so it wasn't a problem at all. Air condition in a hallway can't cool down all apartment, but if you close doors to kitchen or bedroom, it would be good. Living room has no doors, so it would the coolest area. You can also open windows on the both sides of the apartment and till +30° it would be enough to make a weekend and cool down the whole apartment.

The apartment is comfortable, quiet neighbourhood. Walking distant from everywhere if you don't mind walking. The owner is very friendly and helpful.. she allowed me to stay over time coz my flight was later . Highly recommended

FinlandThe walls are quite thin and could here noises from other rooms. But when we stayed there night time was quite so this was good for us. Have a bath tube but the hot water isn't enough for use it. Did't have a lift and for go up needs to go 2 stairs up. Good and wide stairs so as long as you not have stroller or heavy luggage no problem.
Room was good and had separate bedroom and children slept in the living room. Kitchen was small but had what we needed. Location was little bit outside, but still could walk to old town, in about 20 min. For the price we paid this was good value for the price.

SlovakiaThe apartment was a little bit older (but clean) and as the property is on the second floor, there were no staircase and the access with child buggy was a little bit difficult (but manageable).
I liked the location (15-20 minutes on foot from the main bus station, city center and the beach). Apartment was fully equipped (washing machine, TV, WiFi, fully equipped kitchen). Good value - price comparison. But the best was the host, Sandra, who responded on the message fast, was really nice and even allow us to stay until 15 00, although the check-out time was at 11 00.
