We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

HungaryI have never experienced such a welcoming attitude. At our arrival the fridge was full of delicious food, ham, cheese, tomato, apple juice, wine, chocolate, fresh olive oil and bread. The internet connection was super. The owner shared useful information about nice beaches and where to park in Trogir. All in all we had a very nice accomodation with wonderful owners.

The owners were very kind, they awaited us with fresh bread, ham, cheese, tomatoes, olive oil, and cold beer. After a long trip, it was great. The flat was super clean, everything was shining. You can see the sea from every window, even when you sit in bed. You can park in front of the house free. The quiet stoney beach is near, and it's very nice. This part of the city is peaceful, with a few restaurants.

Hosts met us on arrival and had in fact been messaging us a couple of days before our stay to ensure we knew of all the necessary arrangements. On arrival they met us and showed us around the property, provided information on the area and left us a lovely welcome package including beautiful home grown tomatoes that we enjoyed all week. The apartment has all the facilities you require and a great sea view with a smaller balcony off the bedroom that is great for a quiet shaded position in the late afternoon. The beach and supermarket are about 5-10 minutes walk away and we experienced a very quiet and peaceful 10 day stay. A bonus was the sheltered allocated parking space, although the streets are very narrow and single track once you get close to the location - but you soon get used to it. The water taxi to Trogir was approximately a 10 minute walk away, 5 euros each way and takes 20 minutes, this is a must ! Our hosts could not have done more to make our stay more welcoming and messaged us occasionally to make sure all was well and to check if we needed anything. Overall we would highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet holiday in a beautiful resort, we couldn't ask for more ! Debby and Adrian - July 2023

First off, I would like to say in summary that I highly recommend these apartments and the owners. I am extremely pleased that I managed to rent these apartments. I would be happy to come back here again and relax in this wonderful, beautiful place. Vacation always starts with the little things. A small compliment upon arrival immediately lifted my spirits. All the little things that are needed in the apartment, from a coffee pot to an espresso machine, from an iron to a mosquito repellent. It is very important that the hosts were always available and were always ready to help if we had any questions. I am very grateful to them for this. My wife appreciated the perfect cleanliness and the availability of everything that could be needed. For my children, it was important to have two balconies with excellent views, where they could work separately. As for me, I really enjoyed the bathing cove. It was magnificent and not crowded. Thanks again!

RomaniaExceptional location, very friendly and helpful hosts. The part where local delicacies awaits you in the fridge is true :) A very nice vacation overall, close to Trogir and Split, but without the crowds.
