The apartment R&D is very close to the city center, yet it surprisingly offers a free parking space right outside the building. We were very satisfied with the accommodation and the responsiveness from the owners—they were kind and replied to us if we needed something. They even left us a present, which we truly appreciate. The apartment is furnished and equipped very well. We cooked every other day and used a Nespresso machine daily. The air conditioner was perfect. The only thing that we missed was a washing machine, but it would’ve only been a bonus to have it, it wasn’t 100% necessary. We highly recommend this place and we will definitely return, if it’s not yet taken when we search for accommodation in Pula.

It is a very cozy, spacey apartment, very well equipped. There are just a few steps to the entrance. It has a parking space. There is also a grocery store just across the street. Location is the best for visiting a concert at the Pula Arena, it is within walking distance for 3-5 min. Excellent :)

Free parking right at the door. The apartment has everything for your comfort — coffee, tea, salt, sugar, pepper, oil, and small details like cotton swabs. The hosts have taken care of every comfort. There’s a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. If you have the chance to book this apartment, don’t hesitate!

We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment. Very spacious and well located. The host responded quickly to our requests.

The apartment has a modern renovation, there is everything you need. The bathroom has underfloor heating. It's close to the city center. The grocery store is opposite the house. The owner allowed us to leave at 1:00 PM.

Great location, 5 minutes walking from Pula Arena. There is a supermarket just across the street, The host is very helpful and immediate response. The welcoming beers, bottled water and capsule coffee are pleasant gifts. Spotless clean. Well equipped kitchen with salt,pepper,oil…Perfect apartment,

Superb stay! Good location, close to Arena and City center. Parking :-) You have a grocery, bakary within 2 min. Apartment is very nice and you have everything you need. Pure recommendation!

Well stocked apartment. Close to see sights. Grocery store across the street, bakery nearby. Parking was best I had in Croatia.

The whole stay was fantastic! We were treated by our host on arrival who was more than helpful when telling us the local hot spots and restaurants to visit. The apartment was immaculate and made our stay extremely comfortable. It’s location was perfect and we were a 4 minute walk from the amphitheater and local harbour. We can not recommend this apartment enough! We will definitely be back to visit.

It has everything. Great apt really close to the Pula arena. Parking right outside building. The apt has been totally renovated beautifully. Owners have thought of everything. Extra towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, you name it, it has it. Great bathroom, heated floors, awesome shower. The bed is super comfortable. We were really impressed by all the thoughtful additions the owners thought of. Owner were very helpful with restaurants and sights to see. Jupiter Pizza and Pasta was a great recommendation. We went back several times. Reasonable and delicious. We would highly recommend this apt if you visit Pula. You won’t be disappointed.

The apartment was extremely clean and well organized. There was everything needed for cooking and cleaning, and some essentials (coffee, tea, sugar and salt) were available. It is just five minutes away from the arena and there is supermarket conveniently placed in front of it. Also, the parking space was very useful. We absolutely loved the warm floor in the bathroom!

The apartment was not only brand new but also conveniently located near the city center. Plus, it offered hassle-free parking and a seamless checkout experience.

Big and very clean appartment. The apartment had everything you might need (fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, there was even an iron and ironing board). Parking space was a plus. The Pula Arena is a 5 min walk away, there is a convenience store just across the street. It was quiet and peaceful at night.

Modern and very clean apartment, located in front of a supermarket and a bus stop, also very near the Arena and the city centre. The owner is super friendly, very helpful and did everything he could to smoothen our experience!
