There were approximately 70 stairs to the apartment, not a problem for us but with anyone with mobility issues, it would be a real problem.

The bar fridge in the room, was a bit disturbing, but I am a light sleeper. It might not bother others. I needed an iron, or steamer, could be a good addition to add to my stay, but it was not critical therefore did not want to bother Dado. If you have problems with climbing three flights of stairs, this accommodation won’t work as there is no lift.

It was clean and spacious It was quiet. Excellent location. Great facilities. I was greeted with two beers, unfortunately I don’t drink beer, however the sentiment was welcomed. I was greeted by Dado in the street as I got lost!

The apartment is a 10 minute walk to the old town and ferries, everything you could need is a stones throw away. The room itself was big, clean and had everything we needed and perfectly air conditioned. The owner even welcomed us with two beers in the fridge and replied to any questions within minutes. Couldn’t recommend this place more, will be staying here again if we come to Split! 🙏

Dado was so helpful and easy to contact. Ivana showed us the property and was so lovely with many recommendations of where to go. It is a lovely room and bathroom and bedroom were so clean!

Dado is a great host. He left me a beer and some chocolate, and also allowed an early check-in, which I really appreciated. The apartment is comfortable and well located, perfect for exploring Split on foot.

Dado was an excellent host, responsive and made me feel looked after during my stay. He left some free beer in the fridge and instant coffee. The room is spacious, good shower, air conditioning, all very nice. I would recommend!

It was not totally clean the shower. Unfortunately there are no lift but anyways is ok.

The location is pretty good, close to the beach, restaurants, supermarket, port and city centre. Cosy, quite and comfortable. They gave us a pair of beers and chocolate as welcoming. Nice detail.

Note - apartment is on top floor so there's many stairs. There's like 4 or 5 floors.

Clean and bright apartment 5-10 mins away from the beach by walk! Air conditioner and mini fridge & freezer were super appreciated in this heat (34°c). Good quality essentials like hair shampoo and conditioner. Also many towels were provided. Groceries stores like Tommy was close. Washing machine was available. We enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Amazing location, just 5 minutes from the beach and from the city centre. Dado is super friendly and communicative and was so helpful when our flight for delayed/when we needed somewhere to leave our bags. The place was super clean and we really enjoyed our stay.

Apartament is on 3rd floor, but the owner kindly brought our luggage up. I guess most of apartments are a few floors up in Split.

I loved the location of the place, 5 minutes to city center but in quiet location. Bed was very comfortable, the place was clean, there was space to unpack, there is a pan, a few pots. All you need to make quick breakfast.

Everything was great. The only thing I could think of is access to the apartment; it's on the last floor of a 4-floor building with no lift, so if you are not in conditions of going upstairs every day, then think it well :) Other than that, it's an excellent choice to stay in Split.

This is a great place to stay in Split. The apartment is new. Everything is in great condition and pristinely clean. It is close to the ferry and a 10-minute walk to the city. Amazing!
