GermanyOne of the worst staff I met. Impolite, extremely disrespectful. The rooms should be cleaned every 2 days. It doesn’t happen. We needed to ask specifically for something in order to happen. The breakfast and dinner were held in a very sad place, they could change a thing or two. Only two power outlets, one of them in a very unusual place.
The location is awesome, only 5 minutes from the beach (the last pavilion). The room was clean.

Breakfast was good. Location to the sea was great, especially for people who have difficulty walking up in the heat. Loved the little balcony. The hotel staff surprised us with a bottle of champagne and a Happy wedding anniversary card when our room was ready. So unexpected, a very kind gesture thus the reason why I am writing this review.

CroatiaThe exterior of the hotel is not cleaned often enough. The stains on the floors and the leaves from surrounding trees are not cleaned for days. Multiple times in the restaurant we had to clean breadcrumbs from the table from the people who used it before us even though the staff already put clean cutlery and napkins. Seems like the hotel needs to improve cleanliness standards.
The location is great. It is a few minutes from the beach and the town center but still secluded in a quiet area. The rooms are renovated and really comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were good. You won't go hungry if you are on a vegetarian or vegan diet. There are also beers and wine on tap included for no extra cost during dinner.

Slovenia1. The room. Don't expect to get a room you saw on the pictures. They are similar but not as perfect as the ones in the pictures. (Example: beds were awfully made) 2. Cleanliness. Awful! When we entered the room we were greeted by cobwebs on the ceiling. There was dust everywhere! On the bed above the pillows, looked like it was never cleaned before. We had to clean the dust ourselves... We understand the hotel hired some cheap working force from other countries with no cleaning experience but what we don't understand is why don't the hotel managers check every room after they clean it? Its a simple task for a better customer experience... 3. The ceiling light above the bed was supported with a few pieces of toilet paper. Imagine that.. 4. No fridge in the room is a big minus. There is lots of space in the room for a mini frige or a minibar. 5. Parking is 10€ per day, don't expect it to be free.
Nice and kind staff, professional! Food was good and enough to choose from although its pretty much the same food every day. Rooms are big enough and nicely renovated, but it could be much much better for no extra cost for the hotel... The nerby beach is really really nice. (25€ for two beach chairs and an umbrella.)

It was completely adequate for the price/value ratio. And its proximity to the beach is great. We were there for 4 days, it was perfect for that. The breakfast is adequate, the dinner can also be said to be good. Wifi perfect.

SwedenCleaning. Annex Dina. When we came extra bed was set up, but floor was full of dust and hair. Same with night stands. Obviously it was not cleaned before we came in. Later during the week I had to ask two times at reception for cleaning, which again was not done. For a whole week while we were there, nobody came into out room to clean. Took out garbage by myself. Had to get up early in the morning to find cleaner and get clean towels (I asked cleaner if they ever clean floors and got the answer that I was expecting too much and they had to much to do?!). At first we got only two towels even we were three in room (two adults and child). At the end I gave up on expectation that out room will be dusted and cleaned (even it was challenge to get from shower to bed with clean feets) , but I still had to go to main hotel to get at least toilet paper. Last night we got two very friendly ladies that apologized to us, but we still decided to check out day earlier.....
Great location. Nearby beautiful beach and walking distance to bars and restaurants . Rooms were ok in size even small fridge would be very useful. Reception staff was very professional and friendly. Breakfast was ok with many variations and choices.

AustriaThe rooms were not really clean and the cleaning staff was unreliable they didn’t clean every 2 days as described and when they did they didn’t clean properly. Also the outlets are very strange no outlet near the bed so a bit disappointed in that. The food was very disappointing for the money not much to choose from and the breakfast was the same it also didn’t look really appetising.
The property in all was comfortable and there are lots of restaurants nearby the beach is a bit crowded but was really nice

Booking.com or the hotel.. on arrival told that hotel is full and had to walk up road 300m to find a building and stay there.. top floor and lift was out of order refurbish it. Not impressed. And a walk down the road for breakfast in the morning... was not notified on booking also sent a complaint email and ignored.
