Although the temperature outside was hot, the water in the pool was cold. It's probably ideal for some, but not desirable for me.

Breakfast had a nice variety. The location of the hotel was across from the beach. There was plenty of parking space when we decided to rent a car, as well as the bus stop being close by. Both the bus stops and car parks, didn't take away the view looking out of our seaside view room.

If you have a room with a sea view, make sure to close the balcony doors in the morning. Starting from 6 a.m., the city service cleans the beach with a very loud cleaning machine. I understand this is not the hotel’s fault, but the hotel management should raise this issue with the local authorities and try to solve the problem

Almost everything was perfect! The breakfast was outstanding, the hotel itself is truly high-class with excellent service. The balcony view deserves a solid 10 out of 10. The pool, open until 10 p.m., was the perfect way to end the day. Highly recommended!

Location of the hotel was far and not commutable via city transport. Some of the facilities of the hotel were not operational such as concierge service and one of the restaurant. However, the staff was amazing.

The breakfast spread was good. Location of the hotel was perfect and serene. However, hotel is situated a bit far from the city center which is not walkable.

Not enough sun loungers outside by the pool. People tend to leave a towel and disappear for hours to end. Gym etiquette is some what questionable with people coming in barefoot or in sandals and shirtless. Against every sign that is up on the wall. Staff didn’t seem to monitor or check. leave gym open 24/7. The safe in our room could have been taken away by anyone as it wasn’t fixed to the wall or else. Our door was left open all day by the cleaning staff which was a concern of ours upon our return to the room in the evening.

The room was very spacious and beds very large and comfortable. The spa was a great addition as well as the gym. Breakfast was fully comprehensive and catered for all taste.praise to Marco at reception for the welcome and all the tips on Split.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and spacious with a big and very comfortable bed. The beach is right across the road and getting around with a taxi or uber was easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definately return.

I feel the rooms could have been cleaned better each day. For example the beds were not made very well and little things like not replacing tissues when we ran out.

Great facilities, great food in the restaurant, awesome breakfast, staff very friendly, happy and helpful. Town only 6 to 8 minutes in Uber. I especially loved the Wellness Centre.

Staff is poorly trained at the restaurant/lobby bar. We asked to change large bills to smaller once at the front desk, the answer was something like we don’t do it and why do you need it. We went for dinner to the restaurant. Menu is very poor , not much to choose from. They were out of items we wanted ( restaurant was empty, us and two other tables). We ordered burgers and chicken tenders not because we wanted, but because there was nothing else that looked good. That was a mistake also. Rooftop drinks were great, but the ambience needs lots of improvement.

Nothing was quite finished. Like the shower tap was marked cold for hot and hot for cold. The staff were helpful, took some time to realize that they are not rude but this is their character and are really very nice.

The breakfast was a highlight, lots of choices, I really enjoyed the scrambled egg, pancakes and fresh fruit.

On arrival the terrace was very dirty, lots of dust from industrial outside works which recently completed on beach promenade. People ignored the simple rules - using glasses with alcohol inside of pool and smoking. Shocking for me, especially when you on holiday with children.

Nice room, very close to the beach. Good breakfast. Restaurant not great in the evening; expensive, not that many choices and we had to complain about the steak my husband ordered. Not much around apart from one other restaurant and a small shop within 10 minutes walking distance, so need a 10-15 mins taxi ride to town for more options.

The windows weren't well cleaned especially on swimming pool area, which ruined the effect of smart windows by pool. The staff were all very nice and helpful but not very well trained.

The fact that I had to ask them to clean the room before they cleaned it daily. The unfriendly staff. The horrible cocktails on the rooftop bar that cost €14-€16. The breakfast was the same for the 4 days we had it. The buffet meal in the evening was dry and not appetising.

The indoor pool and spa facilities. It is walking distance to the sea and a 12minutes Uber drive into town.

Lack of choice at the restaurant especially vegetarian food. For dinner we had to go to Split town. There’s another hotel restaurant nearby but they also had a very limited choice.

Beautiful clean hotel. Great pool facilities. The room was a great size and the air conditioning was effective. It was lovely to sit outside at night with the beach so close. Getting Ubers to get around worked very well and they were cheap.

The cleaning staff cleaned up also our stuff : took my soup which I used for my face away , took the umbrella from the room, didn’t clean the room properly and there was dust everywhere where. The table on balcony full of rust as well as the hanger, the curtain was with cuts and holes. The construction out side started every day around 7 am and one side of our view was totally towards construction. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Welcome staff were acting oh another guest came in. The staff at gym and spa were nice. The bath tub is too high and for someone elderly is very hard to climb in and out .

It has some pools and the gym is ok and sauna and salt room but the music in salt room ruin the calm ;( the jacuzzi works every 10 min. Very small but ok.
