We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

PolandCrazy prices in the restaurant and the grocery store. Compared to Dutch, German or Polish prices the same products can be twice as expensive. Take your food or get supplies in Zadar.
Very clean and modern, offering all you need: beach, swimming pool for the kids, chill pool for the adults, tennis courts, mini golf, basketball, football, kids club, restaurants and grocery. Helpful staff are always trying to make up for any inconveniences.

SlovakiaThe bakery and shop open at 7am. We have small kids that are up from 6 a.m.so would prefer earlier opening hrs. Also the bakery was offerring very limeted selection of breads and pasteries.
The campsite was very clean and and very well equipped. Good place for families with children. Waterpark has lots of slides and the pools were nice too. There are plenty of sunbeds in the waterpark and on the beach. The beach was very nice but the rocks were big and not very suitable for small children. 1 km from the capmsite there is nice pebble/sand beach with shallow water which is much better for kids.

Czech RepublicI wanted to share a few thoughts that might help improve the experience in the future: - It would be wonderful to have more toilets open along the beach, as I noticed some were closed during my visit. - On the camping side, a few sinks and toilets have been out of order for over a week now, so a little maintenance would be appreciated. - The access to the beach from the Relax pool seems a bit unmaintained and unfinished, and it could use some attention. - Lastly, some details around the camping houses, like the visible draining tubes and hoses, could be tuned up for a nicer appearance. Thank you for considering this feedback! I’m sure these improvements would make a positive difference for everyone.

SloveniaVery poor shade on camping pitches. Don't go here if you don't want to be in sun all day. Can't buy anything along the beach (no drink or ice cream, nothing!). Resort is away from everything, so forget about walk in to local village. Employees at swimming pool bar ignore you and give impression they don't want to work (with half empty place we waited for 20 minutes and nobody served us, they just talk to each other at bar). In booking description it says 2. and 3. row for superior pitches, but in fact those are from 4. row up.
