Great hotel designed by someone who stays in hotels, good sound insulation, shutters on the windows, spacious, nice staff on reception and restaurant.

On one night, there was student's party from the accomodation nearby till 2 am at least. lots of noise. also, we had a free pick up service from the airport and our driver was not given the correct address.

it is a relatively new place, all is pragmatic, simple, but has all necessities, clean and comfortable. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is superb with multiple choice a la carte to suit into various diet requirements. I also tried a restraunt for dinner - very tasty and cost effective. I especially like that this hotel is a basis for training students, who study in the nearby colleage on hospitality/tourism.great concept!

The hotel can be challenging to find because it's not on Google Maps or Waze. Our driver left us nearby at night and we had to find our way into the entrance. It's not central but location works fine. Most of the staff are students, and while most of them do an excellent job, they provided conflicting / confusing information to our questions.

Modern spacious rooms with large windows and good sound isolation. Breakfast was good and varied. There is a beach within walking distance (Voda). I'd recommend this hotel.

New modern property. Great views, customer service, restaurant and breakfast. Walking distance to the city or uber and taxis available for around 6 and 15€ Super comfortable beds and sheets. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very attentive. They have a unique concept since the team is made up of students, which makes the atmosphere very friendly. Doris was amazing , she made us a great latte and was super friendly. Bozo was also very kind and helpful. Overall, a lovely experience!

Location is the only downside. Its a 1.2 mile walk with hills or $10 uber each way to main city.

Room size felt like a USA accommodation! Staff is amazing! Water views of Marina is nice. The breakfast is the best I had ever in Europe from selection to quality. Gym was fine! Everything is Clean! Room had a coffee machine and one free bottle of water. Being a teaching hotel was a perk not only because staff wanted to serve but prices for food and incidentals was priced very well.

Modest looks of the building, upon our arrival around 22p.m. we could not believe how simple a four stars hotel is. Decoration again is very modest except beds. The bathroom is very narrow, not comfortable toilet.Once I have booked the price for twin beds, the room was Euro 210.00, but the receptionist laid that Booking.com is charging euro 255.00 so we have paid that amount.

The hotel is a little far away from the old town for a really hot day (25 min walking), but taking a taxi is cheap in Split. And if you plan to rent a car, there is plenty of parking space near the hotel.

Very nice hotel on a quiet location. The concept of the hotel was very cool as it is also a place for hospitality students who serve the hotel customers as they are learning. All the students served us very well and very professionally. The breakfast was very delicious as well. Not a buffet as it is in a lot of other hotels, but a tower of plates with fruit, selection of breads/croissants and cheese/ham with the addition of omelettes/poached eggs and coffee of your choice. All served to your table.

We were very positively surprised by our stay – what a gem! This hotel concept is the first of its kind in Croatia, and we’re so glad we booked it. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Božo at the reception gave us a warm welcome and was incredibly helpful in planning our itinerary in Split – his local tips made a real difference. The hotel itself is spotless, and the rooms are modern, comfortable, and very well maintained thanks to Damira and her hardworking housekeeping team. Every detail was taken care of. Breakfast, which was included in our stay, was absolutely top-notch. Doris, along with the wonderful students working at the hotel, ensured we were always well looked after. Their kindness, smiles, and professionalism made our mornings a real treat. The location was amazing, close to the Marjan forrest where you can go hiking, cycling, swimming and climbing. In the hotel, you can rent mountain bikes to foster Marjan park. We love the concept of supporting a student-learning hotel, and it truly shows how much heart and effort the team puts into every guest’s experience.
