No knowledge how things worked like dishwasher, etc. Which didn’t get explained well. It wasn’t super hot, but didn’t know the pool wasn’t available, which was a big part of why I got the place. In the summer with the pool available it would be a perfect destination tho. Really good appartement/room.

The resort as a whole looked a little tired and in need of updating and some renovation. Our apartment had only a limited view of the sea. The pool seemed smaller than it appeared in the publicity shots.

Good location and a comfortable, very well equipped apartment with friendly staff. Our apartment had a washing machine, dish washer, full stove and oven plus microwave as well as two toilets - one in the bathroom and one separate. Towels were regularly changed and bins emptied daily. We enjoyed the evening buffet meal a couple of times and it was good value but would not have wanted to eat there every night as it had a bit of an institutional feel.

We stayed in luxury apartment with 2 bedrooms. It's not 4 stars. More like 21/2 stars. Beds are cheap and not comfortable. We found one lamp without light bulb and its position was right at the top of child bed so my daughter could have touched electricity at any point in time trying to turn on the light.

Nothing problematic.

A very pretty resort cascading down the hill to a turquoise bay. A little dated but very very spacious apartment with reasonable wifi; kitchen and a great washing machine. Very clean and the pool area plus the bay itself is wonderful to swim in and take in the sun. The shady pines were wonderful during the heatwave. Good at the pool cafe was for. The staff were great, especially the Nepalese team cleaning and watering. Good parking and a short distance to the lovely old town and not far to the Split ferry nor the party town of Hvar. A home away from home

Short walking distance to Jelsa downtown. Hotel buildings are surrounded by pine trees so seaside view is embelished by beautiful smell of pine

The two bedroom apartment with balcony was very spacious and well equipped. Friendly and helpful staff. Very close to the beach, and the poolside bar serves surprisingly good food at reasonable prices.

The side of the beach was all rock and we could not take our dog to the beach.

Very nice site close to downtown, 10 min walk. The room was perfect and spacious. Very large patio with furniture. I recommend.

The Ac it's super noisy we couldn’t use it at night, the Tv signal it’s horrible Everything in the flat it’s quite old the bed and pillows are super uncomfortable matters feel like a water mattress

A good place to go with your family I found it too big and old for myself and my partner If you walk to the property on the pat next to the port it’s easier and nice Google Maps shows another pat which is not very nice

Reception area is quite small, check-in and check-out might be crowdy. There is free wi-fi, but there is no bandwidth.

Receptionists were kind, helpful all the time. The park is nice with a lots of tree, casting shadows. The sea is really close, and the closest bay is nice. There is a bar there to eat and drink something. There is another bar/restaurant at the swimming pool, and they have nice cocktails. The swimming pools are not too spaces, but kids can enjoy it. The 2 tennis courts are in good shape, one has shadows. Parking is tricky, however we always found a spot. The appartement was really spacious, clean, well-equipped (kitchen with microwave, oven, waterheater, coffee machine, dishwasher, bathroom with toilet+bidet, bathtub, shower cabin + separated toilet). Beds are comfortable. Cleaning staff do their best. Jelsa is really nice and it is just 10 mins walking along the coast.

So many stairs for my elderly father, some rooms (had other family staying ) were very below par in quality cleanliness which was disappointing as not mentioned in booking there would be difference!

Complex needs renovation.

Superb location, wonderful views. 10 minutes on foot to charming village Jelsa. Spatious well equipped appartments. Free parking. Very good value for money.

The food was not the best, but this is always the case when it is a big hotel. We had breakfast and dinner included. However, if you decide to cook, there are 2 supermarkets close to the resort.

Our room was nice, big and clean. It had everything needed in the kitchen. It is a place a family can easily stay longer. The beach is amazing, very nice for jumping, swimming and SUP.

Our apartment was rated with 4 star with airconditioning in every room but .. did not work. We complained about that but nothing was done. They didn't even offer us a second apartment. Outside temprature was 39 degree!!! Breakfast poor with vegetables.

The air conditioning was broken and no remote control for the first 2 nights, so we couldn't sleep because of hit in the rooms, wi-fi didn't work

This was our 5. time at Fontana since 2010. The entire resort is on overtime when it comes to maintenance. Everything from the apartment to the pool area.. In fact I do not think there has been any major maintenance since the first time we stayed there. So if we are going back to Jelsa in the future, we will not stay at Fontana. Based upon earlier experiences, we had not booked with brekfast or dinner. We tried the dinner buffét one evening. EUR 20 for one person is a scam, compared to what they did serve. Although there were several dishes to choose from, the kitchen had managed to overcook everything. It didn't look appetizing and didn't taste anything. You wil get much better food in Jelsa for a more reasonable price.

The location of Fontana is the best. Also the size of the bigger appartments

Bayside apartments are fully furnished with all the amenities and comfortable for an enjoyable stay. The staff is so very kind and helpful. This was our second vacation in Fontana Bayside Park and we'll definitely come back!

In the apartment the towel rack was falling out the wall, the refrigerator door could not be closed, the display on heating plate (kitchen) almost worked, lights in one room did not work, the apartment was not cleaned in a week, we got new towels fifth day, after we asked several times. You get 4 chairs in 6-person apartment. The TV (tube screen) and DVD are from 1990s (not that we used them). Other buildings are clearly older, some are not maintained, some dilapidated and dangerous to enter. The parking is there but is just some dirt by very narrow road. The restaurant is to be avoided. There were some pieces of trash around for a week. Finally the price has gone up 200% over the last 4 years, besides that nothing really changed.

The location is rather quiet. There is only one bar at the location and no other clubs or shops at the location. The wifi works OK (50mbps max) and is available at all locations. The buildings are in pine forest. The air-conditioning worked OK. Our apartment had porch with sliding screen - very useful. The pool was cleansed every day, and was clean. The employees are local and pleasant.
