The apartment was exceptional; the location amazing; a beautiful inlet with the clear blue Adriatic waters at the doorstep, literally. Nothing to do with Adria House (!) but the prices of just about everything in this area are crazy: 10 euros an hour to park your car in Dubrovnik, 5 euros or more for glass of coca cola, etc.

The hospitality was amazing. Our host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From sitting us down for 'a meeting' to discuss sights and activities in the area to small things like bringing us a sandwich when we arrived late in the evening on our first day. The room was spotless with everything you need. The view from our room was stunning. And there is private parking. The location is quiet and relaxed and convenient to visit the sights in and around Dubrovnik. You can do more if you have a car but will encounter parking problems at some places.

The property was in the most beautiful location. Our room looked over the sea and it was so peaceful yet close to the town. The little town around the property had everything you need and some lovely restaurants within walking distance. Maja did everything she could to help us have the best stay which was really appreciated. She provided great advice on what we could do in all weathers. The breakfast at the property was lovely and would recommend.

The house has a stunning sea view perfect for those who are looking a little peace and quiet close to Dubrovnik. The owner Maja is a kind and lovely woman, very helpful and pleasant. Everything was clean, the apartment had everything that you need for a perfect vacation.

We had an excellent stay in Zaton. The Adria House is located in a lovely bay just outside of Dubrovnik (approx 10-15min drive). The view is just wonderful! Easy to go into the sea via the lounge area across the street. A SUP board can be used free of charge. An excellent breakfast can be ordered the day before and it is served to you on the terrace with view over the bay. The owner was very friendly and gave us tips on how we could make the most of our short time at the Dubrovnik area. The free parking is very convenient.

We loved the host Mia, who was friendly and thoughtful. She seemed to really care and made us feel really welcome. The apartment was very clean and had all we need. I especially loved the sunny balcony, perfect for my morning yoga 🧘‍♂️

We were very satisfied with the accommodation, room was very big and comfortable. It is also quiet and there is not a lot of traffic around the accommodation. The owner is very kind and helpful with ideas for the daily trips. The breakfast was delicious.

Although there was a bus stop super closeby, the frequency of the buses was very inconvenient to be relying on public transport to get us to old town. We then used an Uber despite having the bus stop so close by

The host Maja gave us a warm welcome. She showed genuine concern for us and helped us out with recommendations and day to day necessities such as borrowing an umbrella when it rained. The location of the apartment was also superb. Though a good 20 minute drive from Dubrovnik old town, the blue water view and relaxing at the apartment's beach area was worth staying a little further away from the old town

missing a rack to dry clothes and maybe a vacuum cleaner, since there isn’t daily cleaning, long stays can get dirty

if you have a car or don’t mind using a taxi once in a while the location great: in front of the sea, in a quiet village, 20 minutes from Dubrovnik. our suite was very nice, with a great balcony where we could cook and have a drink with a great view nice owner that will give you good tips
