Without the all inclusive package, you are incapable to get a drink from the pool bar. Is bad if you are stayin just over night. Was the years before not so. A small table on the balcony would be good.

Staff at the reception not sure which parking spot is free (but lady at check out was very pleasant, Food is basic with limited vegetable offer), deck chairs Are taken and reserved since early morning and no one is vhecking on that. Insufficient number od staff in restaurant-in most cases you have to clean your table before you can sit.

We stayed in a Family room with a balcony and the pool view was really good. The food was really good. Lots of choice and options on the buffet. The pool was perfect for young children with a small segregated shallow area.

The accommodation was nice and new. The food was 3 stars. The pools were warm and clean... Close to the sea. I recommend all inclusive. Ice cream and mixed drinks almost all day. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff at the reception was awful. The checkin took almost an hour, we managed to rent the bikes on the 3rd day, due to: 1st day - there were 3 couple checking in and even after just saying that we would like to rent them she just ignored us. We were there already in sport clothes waiting +45min and then we just left; After we rented the bikes and brought back the keys at around 22.00 the receptionist found out that one of the IDs was not in the system (even tho the check in too 1 hour) and wanted that we go to our room and bring it down (at 22.00). After 15min we just left the keys and went to our room. Next day at the check out the other receptionist didn't even mantioned it.

The food, the outdoor pools, the room with the balcony, option to rent bikes, distance from the beach, cleaning ladies were very nice and the waiters at the dinner...were really thoughtful (taking the empty finished plates).

Very very dirty room, bathroom… awful. Also the towels had some of the dirty spots. Same food everyday, not enough choice for vegetarian (like vegetables and so on). Fish is always fried, in one week there wasnt normal grilled fish. For meat eaters there is enough choice. The food was cold. Coffee from machine is not good. They could offer also some zero sugar drinks and limonade.

It is close to beach and the city. I like the view from the balcony. The bed is so comfortable. I like that the restaurant and room is renovated. Pool is good

-Staff didn’t make a happy impression and felt rather distant. -The dining room has a loud echo to it, background music might help. -A Mc Donald's has more charm than the dining room of this hotel. Very basic, no love or attention to detail. -For the nearly 1600€ spent there we were given a family room with a view onto the parking lot and the garbage container, which was right below our room. -When we checked out, we were not asked how we liked our stay. -The parking is 10€ per night, which would be okay if the price of the room was not already that expensive. -The hotel is overpriced for what it is. -A balcony with windows to the neighbour who could then hear all of our conversations. -Breakfast coffee was not good.

-For kids it is ideal in the sense of that they are being constantly fed. -There are some activities for children like a gaming room or jumping castles outside. -The pool is in good condition and one was able to always find a spot to lie on at the pool. -A short walk from the beach -Newly renovated -Movie night for kids.

You pay for all inclusive, however you need to pay for parking additionally 10 EUR/day. Rooms are renovated but poorly, some furniture is already broken and bathrooms are not renovated completely and do not resemble the ones that were in photos here tied to the room we booked. We were told towels will be replaced every two days, however we only got them replaced after 4 full days and that is because we “chased”the cleaning lady on the hallway and asked for clean towels. Room was not cleaned at all during our complete stay. They said during check in that room is cleaned only every 7 days so if you are staying for a week it will not be cleaned. Food is average - sometimes below average. Some meals are horrible and nothing of the buffet is tasty. Open bar outside the pool serves watered-down cocktails from machine in small plastic cups. Same goes for juices (watered down) and coffe which is just filter coffe. Beer was fine. There is a blonde lady working on the bar - I never saw her smile once and if you ask for anything she looks at you like you asked her to climb Mt.Everest. In other bar that is inside hotel and has nice terrace you have to pay, it is not included in price. Pool opening hour is 9am, but people go to the pool even before 7 (when they go to breakfast) and put their towels on sunbeds so if you don’t do that as well there is no chance to find a free spot later. Staff is by the pool and they allow it - they do not remove towels placed before 9am. People leave towels all day long even when they are not on the pool. We were with a 9 month baby and had to just leave our towels on wet tiles on the side as there was no other option. On the restaurant door there is a sing that entering in a bathing suit is not allowed. However, both in lunch and snack bunch of people enter in wet swimsuit directly from pool, especially bunch of wet kids who run around so most of the chairs get wet and you need to check before you sit down.

Good location, walking distance to beach (horrible and overcrowded, but nothing to do with hotel) and city centre. Pools are nice and clean.

The food was terrible, all inclusive, but the snack bar and ice crean was only for one hour a day, you had to wait in line for 20 min to get any snacks, even more for ice cream. For breakfast there were eggs, and sausages but no nutella or something for kids. Parking is 10 eur per day, the car is filthy when you leave with all the birds and pine trees, first stop is car wash so you can go home.

The rooms were dirty, house keeping was poor, 3 days without clean towels, no one made the beds.

Some staff memeber were rude. When picking room at the reception there was not mentioned that hotel would be full of school children (teenagers), 4 full school buses with kids. There was no rest at all, always noisy. Food was below average. Totally waste of money.

The non renoveted rooms are under every standard of an Hotel there were 20year old stains everywere definitly 0-(luckly we were able to upgrade) drinks in allinclusive bar are at the minimum and bar personal looked like they were counting every sip of your drinks that were served in the mini plastic cups soooooo cheap🫤

Location was great, near to Solini beach and walking distence to center and everything else, the pool was clean.

The spa ( sauna etc) was closed Even though everything is unlimited maybe a facility in room for coffee n tea ??

The hotel was beautiful. Good location easy to get around. The staff were lovely especially the bar man on an evening.
