Perfect stay. Room was fully equipped including A/C, clean and spacious. Free enclosed parking, near to the port and bus stop. Host(Ava I guess) was very friendly and kind, willing to help. I strongly recommend !

The property was clean and Ava cleaned every day. The bed was big and comfortable. The little garden was lovely and cool to sit in. We didn’t have a kitchen with our accommodation but when Ava saw we were making a cold meal she gave us plates and cutlery. Some mornings when we were still around we had fresh coffee made for us

The property was in the best location, 10 minute walk from the Lapad beach (amazing beach) and a 15 minute bus/taxi ride from the old town (also amazing) and everything was very clean and comfortable. Ava the host was absolutely incredible. She was so kind and even cleaned our room when we were out everyday! Would be silly not to choose to stay here when deciding where to stay! Thank you very much Ava!

Our host was very kind and very welcoming. The place is well situated in Lapad with easy access to the beach, bar, supermarket, public transport … all is on walking distance. If you have a car you may park for free in the yard.

My girlfriend and I stayed in the apartment for 3 nights. We had a good stay while we would not consider it if the holiday duration would have been about 7 or more nights. The flat is quite equipped but it is a little old. The kitchen is not equipped for a long stay, but it is fine if you plan to eat at the beach or in restaurants. Ava and her husband are lovely people. I would be back just to see them again.

Brilliant location. Love the outdoor area under the mandarin tree. Nice and quiet. Food shopping close by. Lovely host. So helpful with local information . Comfortable bed. 15 min walk to lovely beach. Good restaurants nearby. All good !!

Super clean and comfortable. The beach was a 10 minute walk but everything else made up for it will definitely be staying again

The location is very good about 200 m to the beach and close to the bus station to Dubrovnik old town.

Cozy, clean guest room with hot water and great cooling air conditioning! Bright room, very comfortable beds with clean linens. Every day cleaning and replacement of towels! Beautiful flowers in the courtyard. The guest house has an excellent location - there is a supermarket nearby, and a beautiful beach is within walking distance. Very hospitable hosts. All questions were answered with advice on transport and interesting excursions. We immersed ourselves in the atmosphere of a hospitable Croatian family. On my son’s birthday, we received cake and drinks from the owners, and most importantly, warm wishes from the bottom of hearts! And on the day of departure – memorable souvenirs of Dubrovnik. 2.5 days passed too quickly, but even during this time we received a reboot from all problems and complete relaxation! We really didn’t want to leave! We will definitely come back for a longer period! Special thanks for your hospitality!

We loved everything.

Ava was a fantastic host, she received us so well , with a happy smile, showed us what to do, the room was cleaned every day, accommodation was well located, air conditioning in the room was great, as it was really hot outside. Small fridge and kitchen utensils if you wish to cook. Would definitely come back. In the night, the place was quiet, so it was possible to sleep well. We felt at home.

The apartment was very well appointed and very clean. Ava was extremely helpful, showing us bus routes and recommendations, with a beer and drink. She even drove us to the bus station and gave us each a gift when we left. The apartment was close to the water, with great beaches and good snorkeling.

Location : Even if you may feel that it’s a bit far from the old town - you won’t regret any second : Very accessible, by bus Next to nice beaches Quiet and far from the oppressive crowd You can park safely in the residence if you have a car. And last thing, you have a supermarket at 3min walk. Very useful to prepare your Aperitif Guesthouse : Very clean, and confortable. Nothing to say about this. You feel really at home and the owner is more than nice. We really had a good time there Everything was functional. We received plenty of information from the nice owner. Arrived very early off ferry, asked for parking advice and Toni (Ava's son) got us parked in their private courtyard. Gave us a map of Dubrovnik and lots of local information. Nicest hosts we've ever had, Gave us beer, good home brewed wine and liquor courtesy of Marko, fruit juice and water in fridge. Super helpful with local information and recommendations where to visit in Croatia. Toni was particularly helpful when I had a problem. We left friends. Beautiful family. Even got a hand to wash the car. Lovely quiet courtyard with shade tree to have a cold one.

Very home feeling place. In a very green, residencial area of Dubrovnik. Feels like you were entering home and not a guesthouse. The owner Ava is super helpful! We enjoyed our stay there, regretfully, it was just 1 night.
