Dear Guest, Thank you for booking our property and giving us a rating even though you did not spend the night with us since you arrived on the wrong date - one day later. Due to hotel full occupancy, we were not able to provide accommodation one day later than your initial reservation and our manager gladly helped to adjust your wrongly booked travel plans for your Croatia itinerary and booked two 5-star hotels with favorable rates in Split and Dubrovnik for that day and following days. So, manager did not send you to other hotel but helped you to find available hotel during very busy period in Split. Your reservation was processed as a no-show and activated our cancellation policy of which you were also informed during the booking process. So unfortunately, no refund will be given since our hotel was fully booked on the booked arrival date as well. Wishing you all the best in your travels, AC Hotel by Marriott Split Team
