Maybe a bit far away from the Old town, but we like to walk, so it wasn't a problem for us.

It was an exceptional stay there. This apartment is amazing: it is in a modern house with a private parking place in garage and elevator, inside everything is absolutely new and perfectly clean. There is a sea view straight from the bed and balcony of course. It's very well designed, it has all the things you may need (even cotton pads, complimentary sweets and so on), it has even a microwave oven although I didn't see it in the description. We liked the bed, shower was working perfectly. It was a big pleasure to stay there and the price was good comparing to other few apartments that we rented in Zadar. It's really a 5 star apartment! It's just perfect.

The apartment is about a 15 minute walk from downtown. As I am a walker, this was not a problem. If too far, taxis and Ubers are plentiful!

Hosts were very helpful when I arrived. The apartment is gorgeous, with panorama views of Old Town and downtown. Zadar is famous for its sunsets... they did no disappoint. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cooking pots, utensils, and anything else you would need.

Apartment was extremely clean, decorated well and cosy. Parking was provided in a secure garage. Host met us with keys and spent some time advising us on things we could see in the near location which we appreciated. The apartment was in a good location with a short walk to the old town (or a cheap uber) and also had multiple supermarkets nearby. Very happy with our time spent there and would highly recommend.

We felt as comfortable as in our own apartment. The apartment is very comfortably furnished and many details have been thought of. The house is very quiet and you can't hear anything from the neighbors. The host is very friendly. He welcomed us at 0:30 at night and would even have picked us up from the airport but we already had a rental car. As we arrived on a Sunday, he even provided bread, ham and cheese. The host is very accommodating. The coffee machine was broken. We let him know in the morning and in the evening a new coffee machine was at the door. There is absolutely nothing to complain about.

First of all, something about the hosts: very kind and civilized people, always willing to help you. Very easy communication in English. About the apartment: it is the cleanest apartment we have ever rented, with more than necessary equipment. It is a place that can be used at any time of the year, it has both a heating system and air conditioning. A very important and useful thing is the underground parking space. Located in a quiet area, with a superb view, close to the old city center but far from the noise. It is a place from which you can easily reach KRKA National Park, Sibenik, Trogir, Split...

Wonderful modern apartment which is fabulously decorated about 25 mins walk from centre of Zadar. Parking space in underground garage was ideal. View from the balcony was amazing. Host was very nice and helpful and I would highly recommend this property.

We met our host who was very helpful. There were some nice snacks for us to eat. There was a balcony which we could see the sunset. It was very comfortable and had a very modern television

A bit away from the old town but for us it was not a problem (at about 25 min by foot) or with local bus or via uber.

The owner of the apartment is very friendly and polite, a man of his word. The apartment is comfortable and convenient, very clean. Two air conditioners, a full range of dishes, a washing machine, a terrace, a beautiful view of the sea. Underground parking is a big plus.

Beautifully and well designed apartment, very practical too, comparable with high end hotels in terms of quality and estetics. Well equipped too, I found everything I needed. Also appreciated quality shutters on the windows, possibility to have a breakfast on the terrace and overlooking old Zadar and overlooking sea on the horizon from very comfortable bed whilst sipping my tea. Lot's of little pleasures and no pun intended! Owners are super helpful, friendly and genuinely great hosts. They went completely out of their way to accommodate me which I heartfuly appreciated. Perfect place to stay in Zadar 💚
