“This place is a scam. Do not stay here. We arrived in Split on 5 Aug 2025 to hear from the property manager via WhatsApp that the original owners had “sold” the property and the new owners were no longer accepting visitors. This was despite the fact we could hear people on the inside of the hotel room! Doesn’t make sense. We had no accommodation in Split and were forced to go to the nearest hotel possible that had availability.
We requested a full refund from the property and they only contacted booking.com to process the refund after we asked for proof (a screenshot) that they did indeed request the refund, this was despite them sending us a message to claim the refund was processed.
Scam. Dishonest and untruthful. Do not stay here.”

I also really liked the key card system – no hassle with big keys, just a convenient card that fits in your wallet. I never met the host in person, but Petra replied instantly to any message on WhatsApp, even at unusual hours – simply fantastic and very reassuring. A perfect stay, and I would definitely return!”
