Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustriaWe loved everything about this hotel! We were only going to stay 4 nights, but extended our stay to 7 nights. The location was perfect nearby night markets and a short walk to the metro. The room was also so perfect. Everything felt so clean and fresh. The beds were very comfortable. The reception was beautiful and the restaurant looked amazing! Since we were visiting in rainy season, it was especially convenient that the hotel has a big overpass outside, so you can get in and out of taxis without getting wet. The hotel was so kind too and let us use the big hotel umbrellas. The staff was very friendly, attentive and caring. We would like to recognize in particular the one and only Bowie, he is truly one of a kind! A true gentleman, so wonderful, so professional, so caring and so helpful. We stayed in many hotels on our trip and my 7 year old daughter still talks about him and says he was the best and nicest out of all hotels! Thank you so much Bowie for everything and making our stay in Hong Kong extra special.

New ZealandStaff at the reception. Most of them are unfriendly, they didn't look at you, greet you or even wanted to talk to you. Frankly speaking - they don't want to work. The staff who helped me check-in, he was standing right next to the counter and gave me a 3 second icy-stare while I was carrying my bag walking towards the reception. Perhaps he was thinking which language should he speak to me but I definitely not feeling comfortable and welcomed at the forst place. Upon check-out, the young lady at the reception did not look at me at all during the entire time. She did not even wanted to help me or answer my question regarding baggage storage. Simply saying Rude.
Room is clean with all what you need during the stay. Great location, right at the heart of Mongkok, meaning you can get access to all the shopping malls and restaurants nearby within a minute walking distance.
