住客点评如何运作
每条住客评分在1到10分之间。为了得出所示的综合评分，我们会将收到的所有住客评分相加，然后将这个总和除以我们收到点评数量。我们使用加权点评系统，这意味着点评越新，对总评分的计算影响就越大。此外，住客还可以单独在一些重要方面打出“单项评分”，例如：位置、清洁度、工作人员、舒适度、设施、性价比以及免费WiFi。请注意，住客打出的单项评分与综合评分是分别单独提交的，所以两者之间没有直接联系。
如果您入住了在我们的平台预订的住宿，或者您曾到店但并未实际入住，都可以对该住宿进行点评。如需编辑已提交的点评，请联系我们的客服。
我们拥有人工和自动系统来专门甄别提交至我们平台的虚假点评。如经发现，我们会将其删除，并在必要时对相关责任人采取行动。
此外，无论谁发现可疑内容都可向我们的客服团队报告，我们的防欺诈团队会跟进调查。
理想情况下，无论是好评还是差评，我们会发布每一条收到的点评。但是，我们不会展示（在其它内容中）包含或涉及以下内容的任何评论：
- 政治敏感评论
- 促销内容
- 非法活动
- 个人或敏感信息（如电邮、电话号码或信用卡资料）
- 脏话、性暗示、仇恨言论、歧视性言论、威胁或涉及暴力的内容
- 垃圾邮件和虚假内容
- 虐待动物
- 假冒/仿冒（如：假冒他人写评论）
- 任何违反我们点评指南的内容。
为了确保点评的相关性，我们可能只接受退房后3个月内提交的点评，如果所示点评超过36个月，或者住宿发生所有权变更，我们可能会停止显示相关点评。
住宿可选择对点评做出回应。
如果您看到有多个点评，最新的点评会显示在最顶部，但也取决于其他几个因素（例如点评采用的语言、点评仅有评分还是也包括评论等）。您还可以按需对点评进行排序和/或筛选（例如按照一年中的时间、点评评分等）。
我们有时会展示来自其他知名旅行网站的外部评分。如有，我们将明确说明。

所有内容均应由用户原创，且独一无二。真实且中肯的点评对其他用户最有帮助。您提交的内容应为您自己的原创。Booking.com的合作伙伴不得代表住客发表内容，或向客人提供任何形式的报酬以换取好评。严禁合作伙伴在竞争对手住宿页面提交恶意负面点评，拉低对方的综合评分。
尊重他人隐私。Booking.com会隐藏任何电子邮箱地址、电话号码、网站地址、社交媒体帐号等类似个人信息。
任何Booking.com用户及合作伙伴在这些原创内容中表达的观点，均属于其个人观点，与Booking.com无关。Booking.com对任何点评或点评回复不负任何责任。Booking.com仅为这些点评和点评回复提供发布平台，不负责验证。

真实点评早上6点半开始楼上音乐非常吵直到早九点，好不容易睡了，送洗衣物的员工在我们开请勿打扰时敲门3分钟，在明确告知在睡觉，还打电话过来，只为把一件送洗衣物送回！在奢华酒店发生这样的事不可思议。

真实点评前台办理入住虽然是花了一些时间，但是前台工作人员很热情周到
早餐选择太少，且只能点一份套餐，其他要额外收费！一开始入住的时候前台工作人员告诉我房间含早餐，早餐是可以单点也可以会有一些自助一起，但是吃早餐的时候工作人员告诉我只可以选套餐，只可以选一份，跟我以前住过的任何一家屋舍系列酒店都不一样，体验感非常差！

1.充电不方便 2.不能在镜子前吹头发 3.房间里不给水 4. 送room service 的服务员要在门口脱鞋 5. 接机的车不准时到机场，也不去出口举牌子等，要打电话找 总而言之，不值。性价比不高。

It does not reflect our usual standard as our airport representative should always hold the signage with your name. Regarding other aspects, we have various charging sockets in room, with universal socket on writing desk as well as USB ones on both sides of the bed. A full body mirror the wardrobe is available for blow dry where you can plug the hair dryer to the socket. We have alternative room type with dressing room so we can arrange for your next visit. While we are keen to reduce the use of single use plastic hence install water filterating system, we are happy to provide bottled water upon request. Nevertheless, we appreciate your compliments to our team and thank you for your support. Look forward to welcoming you back to our house in the near future.
