The 2 bedrooms are very small, and the single beds are not comfortable. The apartment is located at the whole 33F, but the center of the floor is escalator and stairs, the availability of the room becomes very small.

The property is clean and the location is just 3min walk away from MRT Sheung Wan. There are 7-11 just across the street and 30m distance to McDonald.

The view was not nice as I stayed at low level. Shower water was not hot enough.

The location is really good, super central, close to train station/Soho yet very quite at night. Staffs are very welcoming and nice. The room is a proper studio size with decent shower space and small kitchen. Lots of cafes, local food restaurant nearby. The price is super reasonable given its floor size and location in hongkong island, I would definitely stay here again.

Too many glass walls and the drapes were hard to pull shut so the light from outside filtered thru which is a bit bothersome in the morning.. The ergonomics in the bedroom is not too great...

The location which is so very convenient with lots of interesting streets to explore. We like the fact that the room has a little kitchenette. Also it's very quiet.

Brilliant location and great base to explore HK - I was only here for one night but we’ve stayed here for longer trips previously and have always found the Jervois to be a perfect home from home. Apartment is a great size and beautifully decorated - feels very luxurious especially compared to other options available in HK at a similar price point. Staff are always helpful and accommodating - I was able to check-in very late at night with no issues

Nothing I did not like as everything I read is true and it has everything I want.

I like that it is spacious. It has a lot of closet space and drawers. Very comfortable size of bathroom. Lots of sitting areas. It has a gym room usually no one else using it. It is a small but thoughtful hotel. The staff are helpful and friendly.

What a lovely hotel. A small nice studio with separate sitting room & kichenette. Very exclusive. Full performance air conditionning; very nice room wiev, friendly staff, several small restaurants around especially almost next door very small Japanese Restaurant made me very happy. Being 33 years frequent traveller to HK; 3-4 times a year, I must say this is one of the nicest hotel I hv ever stayed. Voucher using for breakfast around the hotel selection is also a nice experience

The staff were very helpful and attentive. The room was clean and well presented. The hotel is well placed, with all major attractions close by. The room was extremely comfortable and beautifully fitted out. We shall be back to this Hotel.

The room is absolutely beautiful with lovely finishing touches (e.g. marble bathroom, walk in waterfall shower). Beds are deliciously comfortable and the views from the floor to ceiling windows are incredible. Staff are friendly and check-in is easy.

The room was a good size, with a good shower etc, The down side was that it was starting to show signs of wear.

The location turned out to be ideal, with all the main transport links within 10 minutes, and plenty of restaurants close by.
