There is totally no transport to the guesthouse; you have to walk on foot entirely. at night there are street lamps but the place can be quite dark. plus you will hear plenty of frogs croaking underneath the nearby drains. So please dont come back too late!

Nice inn to stay; guesthouse standard. Basic bed + aircon + balcony. Toilet had sufficient amenities with soap, shampoo and conditioner. Location is not too bad but need to walk quite a bit from the ferry terminal. so please be prepared

For the price, the room was a bit to small, having to squeeze between the bed and entrance door. Even though I liked everything, the price is just to high for such small room.

Self check in/out so very convenient & easy. Great location looking right over the open water. Balcony and rooftop area, lovely for mornings and evenings. Close by to some amazing hiking trails for all levels. Lots of street foods and restaurants minutes away. Communication with host really good and very helpful with arrival instructions and helped with transport info. Communal fridge, air-conditioning, tv, good shower and products. Kettle, comfy bed, nice decor and clean

Well a bit of dark hairs everywhere ( i am blonde) on the floor, on the wall. It could be cleaner - although it was just that, the rest was ok

Tai o is a nice location, very quiet, plenty of birds. Nice roof top, nice little room with hot water. Very easy communication with owner, very clear instruction.

Simple and comfortable stay. The sea view is unbeatable. Enjoy very much to explore Tai O at non-peak time like evening, night and early morning while almost no tourists there. Easy and effective communication with the host. Information is well organized. No need to contact host for extra information.

The hospitality was good. The owner is understanding and thoughful. I love the view, the rooftop, the location of the hostel. It was just amazing to wake up with this view, in such quietness.

The room was nothing like the photos The bed was on the floor They did not supply any water so I could not even make a cup of coffee

The location was very bad It was half a kilometer walk from the taxi drop off point Then I had to carry my 25 kilo bag up 2 flights o stairs

Lovely location with a fantastic view. Brilliant communication with the owner ensuring we found the place and were able to check in really easily. Although we didn’t use the rooftop space, it was a great addition. The bed was comfy and we slept well. Tai O is a really special place, we would definitely recommend staying here for an overnight visit.

The room is a bit small Air con is noisy especially when the compressor is turn on/off.

A few minutes walk off from the main tourist street ie quiet yet convenient Balcony with full sea view and well decorated roof also with full sea view Clear instructions on how to find the building in an old village.
