    大概就是地點很好 去哪都方便 房間不吵 隔音意外不錯

    坪數詐騙 說10坪到現場大概只有兩坪,還跟我說坪數是老闆寫的有問題應該要找他 三間房間其中一間床底還有沒喝完的酒 一間開冷氣直接開始下雨 但有換一間給我們

    地點好週遭難免吵雜(但絕對不是吵,而是一樓商鋪多所以人潮也多)

    Convenient location, the only advantage is convenient location 位置方便,唯一的好处就是位置方便

    说的是7平方米单间,但是实际上7平方米指的是4人间,到前台后给我换到一个4平方米左右的单间,洗浴用品质量极差,毛巾上都有没洗干净的油渍,热水器制热能力差,热水两分钟就没了,我所在单间wifi信号极差,隔音差,位置是重庆大厦,治安不好 Said is 7 square meters single, but actually 7 square meters refers to the four rooms, to the front desk for me to a 4 square meters or so single, The quality of toiletries is very poor, the towels are not clean oil stains, water heater heating capacity is poor, hot water two minutes out, I am in a single room wifi signal is very poor, poor sound insulation, location is Chongqing building, security is not good

    垃圾中的垃圾 到步check-in時發覺和原本訂的地址完全不同,甚至連名字也不同!房入面的裝修也與圖完全不符! 我和我的朋友不肯入住,要求退款,但負責人卻不答應,我致電了booking.com客服才最後說退款一半。 我認為十分不合理,要求負責人解釋,他說等一下正在前往親身解決,卻怎樣也等不到蹤影,電話也不通。我最後打了電話報警,警方也認為我們可以要求退款。 絕對不建議訂這間店! Not RECOMMENDED AT ALL to book this hotel, I discovered the hotel address and name were totally different when checking in. The layout was totally different, it just like normal clock hotel. (Even worse according to this range of fee!!) I refused to check in and the person in charge only willing to refund half of the booking fee after I told the customer services of booking.com. I had called the police and the police also suggest us to leave.

    感謝你的反映,理解到客人皆因原先地址的維修未能盡善安排,我們也十分抱歉。但在此的不實留言故需澄清。 根據我們早已嘗試作出不同補償如升級至姐妹酒店的大房或退半款,而當天客人訊息向我們確認免費升級至我們附近的姊妹酒店,比本來預訂的房型更大的房間。但發現到check-in當時客人早已身穿著附近酒店的拖鞋又遲遲未到(約定時間為下午四時,客人十時後才出現),一律不接受任何理由只為搗亂,而基於我們已留予客人當晚的睡房,只能同意booking.com的退半款,不接受退全款。 其實我們也未能因此事在晚上十時重新清理房間,客人當時已進入房間搗亂,在我們報警前又離開,此事最後因客房不會有CCTV記錄已無法追究,但也故未能另找客源造成當晚損失。 我們小店向來接受不同討論的空間,經常接受客人不同於訂房時的不同需求(我們不是24小時check-in,但也接受late check-in至凌晨)。 只求可以服務客人至誠,但我們絕不向野蠻客人妥協。事件我們在收到留言後已重新向booking.com反應,有關留言我們會留有一切控訴權利。 We are thankful that the detailed feedback helped us understand the reason for a poor review and reflect on our arrangements. We had to close down the original room for maintenance and re-arrange the room stay to a sister hostel, and we are very sorry about that. However, we need to clarify for ourselves in respond the false comments made here. The false and unfair comments seem to be malicious attacks to deliberately paint us in a bad light. This is very unfair and had negatively impacted our business through this booking platform. We have already tried to make different compensations, such as upgrading to a larger room at our sister hotel or offering a 50% refund. On the day of check-in, the guest confirmed with us via message that they wanted a free upgrade to a larger room at our sister hotel, which was only a few minutes away from the original hotel. However, at the time of check-in, we found that the guest was already wearing slippers from a nearby hotel and had not arrived until after 10pm (the agreed check-in time was 4pm). They refused to accept any explanation and were only causing trouble. Since we had already provided the guest with a room for the night, we could only agree to a 50% refund from booking.com and could not accept a full refund. In fact, we were not able to clean the room again at 10pm due to this incident. The guest had already entered the room and caused a disturbance, and then left before we could call the police. Since there was no CCTV recording in the room, we could not pursue the matter further. However, this incident also caused us to lose the opportunity to find other guests for that night. We have always been open to discussions and frequentlyaccommodate guests' different needs, even if they differ from their booking requirements (for example, we do not have 24-hour check-in, but we do accept late check-ins until early morning). We strive to serve our guests sincerely, but we will not compromise with rude and unreasonable guests. After receiving this message, we have already reported back to booking.com, and we reserve the right to respond to any accusations made in this comment.
