Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaPhone in the room was dead or disconnected. WIFI password didn't work the first time and had to be reset from reception. Toilet seat does not stay up and keeps falling.
Rooms were clean and comfortable despite being small. Shower had strong water pressure. A/C was easy to find and control, as were the lights.

Hong KongThe thin walls. You can hear people talking at normal volume in the room next door. Better sound proofing in the initial fit-out would have made all the difference. Perhaps in the next renovation install some sound proofing panels.
Room was quite new and very clean. The winning touches were the aromatherapy shower gel and shampoo. Also the expresso coffee maker and the free water in the lobby. Small luxuries go a long way. This hotel has got it right! I am happy to pay HKD600 for a new 4 star hotel twin room than pay HKD500 for a run-down 4 star hotel twin room in this area. The staff were very nice and professional. This is probably the best hotel for this price range.
