Simply too small for two people... Impossible to sleep comfortably, or do anything in the room.

Good service, room was cleaned and the towels changed every day. Location also nice, very close to the harbour and metro.

I was only able to pay cash which meant I had to pay £10 extra because Booking.com was paying this amount for me as part of their offer. It was confusing and a bit complicated to find the actual building, the reception of the guest house is on a completely different floor than where the actual rooms are. The room itself was nice, however the halway and the floors of the buildings itself don't looks that safe and appealing, so don't have very high expectations. Also, the hair dryer wasn't working at all.

Great location, clean room and friendly staff. They also provided slippers, toilet paper, tooth brush and tooth paste. Overall, it was a good choice. You can't really find anything cheaper and better in Hong Kong.

I like the location however the condition of room and bathroom is not satisfied. it is not worth with HK$800.

I didn't like that ang tagal ng elevator. and cash yung bayad, kasi may 5% mark up pag CC.

Mabait yung receptionist and, Good thing na malapit madaling puntahan yung location ang walking distance lang sa ibang tourist spots. ok naman yung room, malinis. yung building itself lang talaga yung hindi. but over all, will stay here again.

This mansion is very crowded . Owner is too thinking off his benefit. I asked him about room rate if i stay one more night ,he give me higher price than the first night . (He want to compensate with the lower price in the first night

Location. Room is quite new because it just renovated. Staff is well communicate and helpful.

👎 Booking.com usually offers a free room upgrade to me as a 3rd level member. But this Park Guest House kept us waited for 30 minutes beyond the check in time, before we were able to go and have a rest in our room. 👎 They accept short time stay in this guesthouse, so i think its better to book a triple or family room. 👎 There's cockroaches crawling everywhere.

Great location, just walking distance from TST Promenade. There's unli hot water and coffee if there's available stock. They gave free tissue also. I like the staff named Bel. She is very cheerful and helpful. Thank you 👍👌🙂

👎 I have made an advance cash payment to Kris (Pinay) for another one more night stay booked via Booking. com. Then when we went out for a walk early morning on the following day, when we return the door in our room was widely open as per order of Roy to take out our things/luggages outside our room. It happened because Kris did not update the records of occupied rooms for extension. Obviously the staffs have no proper coordinations. It was really disappointing seeing your stuffs are not safe in Park Guest House although nothing was stolen in our things 😔 👎 They accept short time stay in this guesthouse, so its not advisable to book a double room. 👎 There's cockroaches crawling everywhere.

Staff is unworried about her guests and on booking address says 15th floor, but the entrance to the host is unclear, but when you finally arrive, there was a paper on the wall that said “pls check in on 11th floor” 🤣 omg and I arrived with two big suitcase.

The location is very good, it’s near from metro and the coast.

Most of the hostels in this buildings share the same reception lobby, you never know if you will get the same room that you have booked here. If you have stayed at this area before, you know exactly what to expect from those rooms.

room was small, lot of unrelated stuff stored under the bed, curtain did not really block out light, still a bit noisy from both the street and the hallway. toilet and shower were in another room.

We have stayed several times at hostels in Chung King or Miradoor Mansions so we knew what to expect. Yes, the rooms are small but that is normal for HK and the price of hotels. What was disappointing was that the toilet would not flush. They tried to fix it but there seemed to be a problem with the plumbing or water pressure - not great when you have 2 young children! The bathroom was not particularly clean and the walls near the bed had also not been cleaned. Yes, the rooms are small and can be a little outdated but there is no reason for poor cleaning. Other places in this building I have stayed at cleanliness was not a problem, and for this reason I won't be staying with this hotel again.

I booked a single room and it was nice looking and very clean but a little small. For one night absolutely acceptable though. If l stayed longer l would choose a bigger room.

Not their fault but the elevator is too small for a busy building. There are a number of cheap hotels/homestays that share two 8-person-capacity elevators. Also, avoid the elevators at around 11am-2pm, they collect the trash and use the elevator 100%. I once had to walk 11 floors down because of this Also, some occupants disregarded the quiet time as there was loud talking after midnight Also word of caution for tall individuals, since room is small, length of the bed is good for a 5'5" person at the most. Taller people won't be able to stretch their body.

Despite in a run-down building, my room though small was surprisingly very clean! Hot shower works very well. The reception lady is a Filipina so i was able to get all the information i need. Location is at the same building where the best currency exchange are and so near to both bus stop and train stations! Just disregard those indians offering stuff at the ground floor lol!

There was an issue at the hotel, and they moved us to another (worst) one in the same building. The fridge was impossible to use because of something rotten from a previous tenant. I asked if I could pay in US dollars in advance; they said yes, but when they charged me, they overcharged, even offering to refund me in local currency
